I did not regret booking this tour! I was lucky there were only 7 of us which helped in managing the group. Having a tour guide helps since the area is so big. They know which area to prioritize or which area to spend more time in. So that the next time you go, you can do it ok your own and wouldn’t be overwhelmed. Our tour guide was Na and she balanced the tour with a guided tour which allowed us to learn about the place and some time on our own to explore the area. If it’s your first time going to Ba Na and you can only spend one day, book this tour! I didn’t feel rushed at all.

It was a great experience, guide was very supportive and knowledgeable. Pick up timing was punctual and other co-travelers were also very nice. They contacted me over whatsapp after booking the tour on Klook and told everything about the tour if any doubts. But keep in mind that the rollar coaster ride is not included in the package and also they will charge you extra for even the photos, about half the price of the one round ride.

it was a really great and amazing experience. it can actually top off the hongkong disneyland on how amazed we are of the whole place. our tour guide- mr. bean from england is nice, knowledgeable, funny and engaging. he even brought us to iconic places where the group are the only ones there and we had a really good photos because of that. ba na hills is breathtaking. i wouldn't miss it for the world.

Cầu Vàng đông đúc nhưng các trò chơi, đặc biệt là tàu lượn siêu tốc Alpine Coaster, thật tuyệt vời! Nhìn chung, mọi sắp xếp đều rất tốt từ lúc đón đến lúc trả khách. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ giới thiệu chuyến đi này khi bạn ở Đà Nẵng!

Oanh was amazing! She made us skip most of the lines and was very accommodating and patient. Whatever we wanted to do, she was quick to help. The bridge was breathtaking but busy, and Sunworld was great. Would highly recommend the tour. 10/10 experience.

We had a great day at Ba Na Hills. We liked that we had time on our own to explore at our own pace. Our guide Kang was great. My husband walks with a cane and so we were the slowest walkers in our group. Kang was very considerate, did not try to rush us and made sure we were ok. There is so much to see and do on this trip. I would definitely recommend this trip for all ages.

Well-managed but can get crowded during peak hours. Price: A bit expensive, but worth it for the experience, views, and unique attractions like the Golden Bridge. Service (Overall Experience): Smooth and enjoyable visit with plenty to see and do, though waiting times can be long during busy days.

Chuyến đi này rất vui và hướng dẫn viên Nga của chúng tôi rất tốt bụng! Tuy nhiên, sẽ tốt hơn nếu chúng tôi ăn trưa và ghé thăm công viên giải trí trước khi đến cầu Vàng vào buổi chiều. Chúng tôi đến khu vực cầu Vàng trước và trời rất nóng vào khoảng giữa trưa (mức độ say nắng). Lựa chọn buffet rất ngon nhưng toàn bộ địa điểm có mùi như nhà vệ sinh vì hệ thống thông gió được thiết kế kém. Tàu lượn Alpine cần được nạp thêm tiền nhưng rất đáng giá.

Amy was a great tour guide! She helped us get through all the long waiting lines. She provided great resources for food and shopping locations. She knew her environment very well. We joined a small group, which made it faster and easier to navigate when it came to meeting times and points. There are 3 levels of buffet food. You'll be placed on one of the buffet floors. All the floors serve the same international buffet, unless you are vegetarian or Muslim (halal), in which case the lunch buffet is in another building. I don't recommend eating at the buffet. You'd be fighting other people cutting lines to get certain items on your plate. And there are thousands of people who grab the buffet tongs to get food, if that's something you care about. Perhaps eating at a restaurant would be less crowded, and the food might be handled differently. Bring an umbrella or raincoat because it's going to rain a little regardless of the season. In the end, we tipped her 50,000, which is equivalent to about $2 USD. 👍🏼

Breathtaking... So much to take in - from the history to the grounds to the views. Couldn't get over the actual size of the French village & the Bridge (Gods Hands) are truly a sight to see. Something that photos just can't capture. It's like stepping into another world. It's best to take a jumper or light jacket as it definitely gets nippy the higher up you go & definitely wear some comfortable walking/running shoes as you will be doing a lot of walking for sure. I would suggest that you pay for a guided tour (whether part of a group or private-Klook) as there is a lot there that you could miss out on if you don't have someone there to show you around and explain. If you are going on your own (no tour) do your homework, get there early - basically when it opens as it gets packed within minutes & there are different tickets to choose from so you want to spend the whole day there as there's so much to take in - guides there are also really helpful & can show you where to go if you get lost
