Great and fun tour to Bana Hills. The driver picked us up at our hotel on time and we headed straight to Bana Hills to start our day. Then, we proceeded to ride a bus to transfer us to the cable car, which took approximately 20-30 minutes. There were too many people on the Golden Bridge and at the buffet lunch.

Having a private driver is the best way to go with this attraction. Bus loads of tourists arrive. The place will either enthrall you for hours or you may be done in a short time. Having your own driver lets you pick when you want to be picked up if you want to finish earlier: our driver asked for one hour notice. I compared the cost of a private tour - you don’t really need a tour guide so this deal with a driver was the most cost effective option. He sent me the PDF tickets to WhatsApp on the way driving. We got a beautiful day. I read it is cool up the top but we found it was super hot because of the sun. The bridge is stunning. The cable car is great with the views. I paid extra to include the buffet but you don’t need this because there are so many delicious food places on offer. The buffet was incredible - the biggest we ever saw. After reading reviews of it being crowded we went to lunch early at 11.30am and there were plenty of seats and people selling drinks. There’s no time limit there. when it fills they open another buffet exactly the same on the next floor, it’s crazy big. This overall was spectacular and this was a great way to see it

This review is for the private car transfer from my hotel to Ba Na hills and the return back to my hotel. The car tuned up exactly on time and picked me up early as the weather at Ba Na hills was so bad the trip was a waste of time and money. Son, my driver left his whats app details with me and picked me up 5 hours early. if you come here it’s essential that you pick a nice day. it cost me a total of £55 for a few hours in the rain. Dispite the weather it was extremely busy, I dread to think what it’s like on a nice day. Get there early. when I was leaving at 12:00 the queues were horrendous

Excellent voyage. Décembre est la saison des pluies. Nous y sommes allés le 16 décembre. Nous avons eu de la chance qu'il ne pleuve pas le jour de notre visite, même s'il y avait beaucoup de brume au pont et au village français. Bel endroit. Il faut visiter la brasserie. Nous avons eu des coupons de bière gratuits. Super ambiance. Le déjeuner buffet était extraordinaire et de classe mondiale au café Four Seasons. 4 étages de buffet pour accueillir l'énorme foule. Décembre est censé être la basse saison mais c'est quand même très fréquenté. On peut imaginer la foule pendant la haute saison. Prévoyez suffisamment de temps, au moins 45 minutes à une heure, pour le retour en téléphérique jusqu'au point de ramassage. Longue file d'attente.

We bought transport and Ba Na Hills with lunch tickets separately. It was a smooth trip and the driver picked us up on time for Ba Na Hills and returned us to the hotel. The driver was nice, and although he didn't speak English, he used Google Translate to communicate. I recommend using this service.

Ba Na Hills is so mesmerising. The place is so huge & a magical place like Disneyland and I literally fell in love. I dont think we explored every place since we only spent a day. My advice is need to take private car so that you have a lot of free time. The scenery is very nice and luckily the weather was good we managed to take a lot of photos. Definitely worth the visit & highly recommended when you visit Da Nang.

It was an amazing trip to visit Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge. From the smooth hotel pickup to the cable car and arrival at Ba Na Hills, everything was perfect. The driver was helpful. We covered all areas at Ba Na Hills and Sun World. When selecting entry/admission tickets and ride service, don't get confused. Ride service is separate from admission tickets.

Ba Na Hills is truly a very, very large park. According to our tour guide, the weather changes daily; it could be cloudy and rainy yesterday but sunny today. Luckily, the day we went was beautiful, so we could see the Golden Bridge very clearly. However, one day is definitely not enough to explore all of Ba Na Hills. We had to start heading down around 3 PM, but we only managed to experience less than a third of the amusement park area. The children spent over half an hour just queuing for popular rides. Fortunately, there were many beautiful scenic spots where we could take photos without waiting in line. It was also great to have a tour guide, which saved us a lot of time navigating and confirming our itinerary. I highly recommend booking a tour guide service!

We bought the package which included transport and lunch. The driver picked us up on time. The buffet lunch offered a variety of food, and overall it was good. We loved the weather and Ba Na Hills, and enjoyed taking many photos here (though it was also crowded). Highly recommend if you visit Da Nang.

Thank you so much to our amazing guide, 'Hwai Nan'! This was our family's first overseas trip, so we were very worried. But meeting Guide Nan was a blessing, and we had a truly grateful day. She even pushed our young nephew's stroller and took many photos for us. I think it would have been very difficult if we hadn't met Guide Nan. She prepared photos and told us a lot about Da Nang in the car, and she also helped us a lot with currency exchange. I'm going to miss Guide Nan's beautiful smile. Our whole family is so grateful to Nan, and we hope to see her again next time. This tour was incredible for the price, and I highly recommend it to many people. Before the tour, both the guide and the driver contacted us via KakaoTalk, and they were happy to make a stop in Da Nang city when we needed to. The buffet lunch was also really delicious, and we ate a lot. And the luge was fun too! For those of you who are hesitating, don't waste time comparing other sites; just book it.
