First, the main point: I purchased the "Chinese-speaking driver" package, but the assigned driver did not speak Chinese, and even needed translation software for English. If that's the case, I wouldn't have needed to book this package at all. However, the driver who picked us up was fine; he was very nice. That day, due to weather, the cable car temporarily stopped, causing a delay in our descent. Throughout, we communicated with the driver via messages (in English) to inform him of the situation and confirm the pickup time, and he was very patient. Coincidentally, just as we were about to descend, the driver said his car had a problem (a series of unfortunate events), but he had already arranged for another driver to pick us up. He was very apologetic, and Driver A continued to help communicate and ensure we successfully got into Driver B's car before ending his task. Finally, we returned to the city safely. In summary, Ba Na Hills was fun, the driver was okay, but the issue was with the driver assignment process.

She always ensured that we visited each attraction when it was least crowded so that we could enjoy the experience and take photos without encountering huge crowds. She was also very friendly and articulate. Two thumbs up! I highly recommend her services if you are ever in Da Nang.
