Highly recommended Ba Na Hills! 🏔️✨ Such an amazing experience from start to finish. The views were breathtaking, the Golden Bridge was beautiful, and everything was well organized. Definitely one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip! 🇻🇳

We had an amazing experience and couldn’t be happier with the entire organization of the trip. Everything was smooth from start to finish Our guide was fantastic. He knew exactly where to take us, even helping us avoid some of the queues, which made the experience much more enjoyable. Although Ba Na Hills has plenty of signs, it’s still difficult to navigate quickly because the area is so large. Having a guide who led us directly to the most interesting spots saved us a lot of time and allowed us to see much more. On top of that, he took excellent photos for us! One of the biggest advantages was leaving early. We arrived before most of the crowds, so many of the most popular locations were almost empty, making the experience and the photos so much better. We highly recommend starting at 7:00 AM—or even earlier, around 6:00AM if possible Overall, everything was wonderful, and we would absolutely recommend this trip to anyone visiting Ba Na Hills. Thank you for such a great experience!

It was a fantastic day! Our guide, Windy, was fantastic, with perfect English, and even taught us some Vietnamese. The park itself is very impressive, and the views are stunning. The ski lifts are quick and offer outstanding views of Da Nang. Our guide made sure that everyone in the group got a picture together at the Golden Bridge. We had plenty of time in the park to ourselves after the tour. I would recommend visiting if you're in the area. There's plenty to see and do for all ages.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bao Thang was an excellent tour guide. He was very punctual and contacted us one day before the tour to provide the necessary information. His directions were always clear, and he communicated very well in English. He managed participants from different tour packages smoothly and professionally. I especially appreciated that he always gave us suitable choices while allowing us to make the final decision based on our own preferences. Bao Thang also has very good photography skills and helped us capture many beautiful memories throughout the trip. The other tour members were cooperative and friendly, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. Five stars for Bao Thang for his professionalism, helpfulness and excellent service!

Amazing experience! If you're into design/architecture, you'll enjoy this. Also great for kids! The cable car ride is so worth it! Great amusement rides too! Our tour guide, Phong ("Windy"), was exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable about every place we visited. He spoke English fluently, making communication easy and enjoyable, and went above and beyond to ensure our senior parents were comfortable and well cared for throughout the tour. His professionalism, patience, and warm personality made the entire experience even more memorable. We truly enjoyed every moment and highly recommend Windy to anyone looking for an outstanding and stress-free tour experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our group was on a medium-sized bus, with a total of 15 people. The tour guide was very professional and spoke English fluently. When we arrived at Ba Na Hills, everyone collectively bought a Wow Pass. The guide, being very familiar with the area, led us through shortcuts, so we didn't have to queue anywhere. After taking the cable car to the main park area, the guide gave us three hours of free time before we had to prepare to go down the mountain. In reality, for such a large park, three hours, including mealtime, is truly not enough. Coming all this way, it felt a bit regrettable. The premium buffet included in this package is highly not recommended. Its actual price is around NT$350 to NT$400, so you shouldn't expect high quality. The restaurant is very large, extremely crowded, and it seemed most of the people were Vietnamese. We saw many people wearing slippers or directly propping their feet on the chairs, with children running around noisily. The overall dining atmosphere was actually not good. It's advised not to buy this buffet; the food quality is poor, and eating also wastes time. Save your money and eat some light snacks in the park, gaining more time to explore the various exhibition halls and attractions, which would be more worthwhile.

My family and I had an amazing time at Ba Na Hills! The Golden Bridge was absolutely breathtaking, and the cable car ride offered stunning views. Our guide, Thang, was really nice and helped us take so many beautiful photos that we'll cherish forever. He was also very knowledgeable and made sure the whole group felt taken care of. Highly recommend this tour for families visiting Da Nang!

Lần đầu tiên đến Bà Nà Hills cùng cả gia đình, có cả người lớn tuổi và trẻ nhỏ. Đặt tour giúp mọi thứ dễ dàng hơn rất nhiều. Hướng dẫn viên Hữu Hằng đã liên hệ với tôi một ngày trước để thông báo thời gian đón và những gì cần chuẩn bị. Hằng rất chu đáo với nhu cầu của chúng tôi, từ việc giúp đỡ mẹ tôi lớn tuổi đi lại khó khăn cho đến việc lấy đồ ăn cho chúng tôi. Rất khuyến khích mua thẻ WOW ưu tiên để bỏ qua hàng đợi cáp treo và ăn uống. Chúng tôi đã có một khoảng thời gian tuyệt vời.
