⭐️ 5/5 Stars, highly recommend! This Ba Na Hills tour absolutely exceeded all our expectations. Our guide had impeccable timing and route planning. They took us up the mountain bright and early to beat the crowds, heading straight for the Golden Bridge first. We perfectly avoided both the heavy visitor flow and the afternoon mist, and didn’t miss a single iconic spot. We explored the French Village and Sky Garden at a totally relaxed pace — no rushed scheduling, no exhausting hurry to check off attractions. The itinerary was perfectly arranged. The biggest pleasant surprise was the photography! Our guide offered to take photos for us at every stop, and the angles they chose were so photogenic. We didn’t have to hassle with finding good spots ourselves, and walked away with tons of great shots perfect for social media. The whole experience was smooth and totally hassle-free. Absolutely worth it for anyone visiting Ba Na Hills!

My family and I had an amazing time at Ba Na Hills! The Golden Bridge was absolutely breathtaking, and the cable car ride offered stunning views. Our guide, Thang, was really nice and helped us take so many beautiful photos that we'll cherish forever. He was also very knowledgeable and made sure the whole group felt taken care of. We had an amazing experience on our Ba Na Hills and Golden Bridge Day Tour last September 6! Everything was well organized, from the hotel pick-up to the transportation, tour itinerary, and return trip. The highlight, of course, was the Golden Bridge and the incredible scenery around Ba Na Hills. The cable car ride itself was an experience, with breathtaking mountain views along the way. Sun World Ba Na Hills was also fantastic — there was so much to see and do, from the French Village and beautiful architecture to the attractions and entertainment. Our tour guide was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the day. The timing and organization of the tour were also very good, especially considering how busy Ba Na Hills can get. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable day trip from Da Nang and definitely one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Da Nang! 5 stars all the way!

Everything was spot on! Ez was the sweetest guide ever. He was very helpful and made sure everyone completed every activity on time, he also arranged for the alpine coaster tickets for us. Everything was included in our package from the cable car tickets to food so the tour was hassle free for us.

We really loved this tour, especially our guide, Thach! He was very helpful and thoughtful from the very start. He picked us up early, shared interesting history about Da Nang on the way to Ba Na Hills, and made sure we had enough time for toilet breaks, which was especially helpful since we had a few older people in our group. Thach also had a great game plan for Ba Na Hills, helping us see and enjoy as much as possible while avoiding the crowds. We didn’t have to worry about anything—we just followed Thach and enjoyed the day! 😄 Highly recommend this tour, especially with Thach as your guide!

This time, our group of seven booked a Klook Ba Na Hills private tour for one day. Our guide, Huu Hang (Nguyen Huu Hang), contacted us a day in advance to confirm the pick-up time and location arrangements, and meticulously informed us about the weather forecast and important notes for the day. On the day of the tour, he arrived at the hotel early in the morning and introduced us to many famous attractions in Da Nang along the way, such as the Dragon Bridge fire show, the night market under the Dragon Bridge, and the Marble Mountains temples. Throughout the entire Ba Na Hills itinerary, he stayed with us, took care of us, and helped us find the best photo spots. When we arrived at the restaurant, he also found us a comfortable seating area and helped us get food. We are truly grateful to him for allowing us to enjoy the entire trip with peace of mind and joy.

This was my favorite and most memorable tour from my trip to Da Nang and is an absolute must-do! Everything was very well organized from start to finish, and I really appreciated the team contacting me beforehand and arranging transportation directly from my hotel. The timing of the itinerary was perfect and gave us plenty of time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge were absolutely stunning, and the international buffet was delicious with so many options to choose from. Even though it was busy, the food was well worth it. Overall, this tour exceeded my expectations and was one of the highlights of my entire trip. Highly recommend!

Our Ba Na Hills day tour was one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip and was absolutely worth every penny! Our tour guide, Han, was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent information about Ba Na Hills throughout the day. She kept the group well organized and made sure everyone had a great experience. Ba Na Hills itself is breathtaking. We were fortunate to experience both beautiful sunshine in the morning and the magical fog that rolled in during the afternoon after a thunderstorm, giving us two completely different but equally stunning views. The cable car ride was spectacular, offering unforgettable panoramic scenery. The Indian buffet lunch at Bharata Restaurant was another pleasant surprise. The food was delicious, with an excellent variety of dishes that made us feel right at home. Overall, this tour offered incredible scenery, great organization, delicious food, and outstanding hospitality. A special thanks to Han for making our visit so memorable.

It's my second time to avail of this tour package. Ba Na Hills is still breathtakingly beautiful, with more activities, mostly games. I took the Alpine coaster this time (not in package), which was the highlight of this trip. The French village is still my favorite area and I cannot miss the landmark Golden Hands Bridge.
