Our group was on a medium-sized bus, with a total of 15 people. The tour guide was very professional and spoke English fluently. When we arrived at Ba Na Hills, everyone collectively bought a Wow Pass. The guide, being very familiar with the area, led us through shortcuts, so we didn't have to queue anywhere. After taking the cable car to the main park area, the guide gave us three hours of free time before we had to prepare to go down the mountain. In reality, for such a large park, three hours, including mealtime, is truly not enough. Coming all this way, it felt a bit regrettable. The premium buffet included in this package is highly not recommended. Its actual price is around NT$350 to NT$400, so you shouldn't expect high quality. The restaurant is very large, extremely crowded, and it seemed most of the people were Vietnamese. We saw many people wearing slippers or directly propping their feet on the chairs, with children running around noisily. The overall dining atmosphere was actually not good. It's advised not to buy this buffet; the food quality is poor, and eating also wastes time. Save your money and eat some light snacks in the park, gaining more time to explore the various exhibition halls and attractions, which would be more worthwhile.

My family and I had an amazing time at Ba Na Hills! The Golden Bridge was absolutely breathtaking, and the cable car ride offered stunning views. Our guide, Thang, was really nice and helped us take so many beautiful photos that we'll cherish forever. He was also very knowledgeable and made sure the whole group felt taken care of. Highly recommend this tour for families visiting Da Nang!

Hằng rất chu đáo với nhu cầu của chúng tôi, từ việc giúp đỡ mẹ tôi lớn tuổi đi lại khó khăn cho đến việc lấy đồ ăn cho chúng tôi. Rất khuyến khích mua thẻ WOW ưu tiên để bỏ qua hàng đợi cáp treo và ăn uống. Chúng tôi đã có một khoảng thời gian tuyệt vời.

It was a fantastic day out to Ba Na Hills, assisted by the very professional and helpful Phong. He went the extra mile to help the group down the hill despite the chaos due to the heavy downpour. I had a fantastic day and enjoyed the day tour very much.

This was my favorite and most memorable tour from my trip to Da Nang and is an absolute must-do! Everything was very well organized from start to finish, and I really appreciated the team contacting me beforehand and arranging transportation directly from my hotel. The timing of the itinerary was perfect and gave us plenty of time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge were absolutely stunning, and the international buffet was delicious with so many options to choose from. Even though it was busy, the food was well worth it. Overall, this tour exceeded my expectations and was one of the highlights of my entire trip. Highly recommend!

Our Ba Na Hills day tour was one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip and was absolutely worth every penny! Our tour guide, Han, was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent information about Ba Na Hills throughout the day. She kept the group well organized and made sure everyone had a great experience. Ba Na Hills itself is breathtaking. We were fortunate to experience both beautiful sunshine in the morning and the magical fog that rolled in during the afternoon after a thunderstorm, giving us two completely different but equally stunning views. The cable car ride was spectacular, offering unforgettable panoramic scenery. The Indian buffet lunch at Bharata Restaurant was another pleasant surprise. The food was delicious, with an excellent variety of dishes that made us feel right at home. Overall, this tour offered incredible scenery, great organization, delicious food, and outstanding hospitality. A special thanks to Han for making our visit so memorable.

This was my second time in Bana Hills. The first time was in December 2025, it was raining and foggy then, so I didn't enjoy Bana Hills as much. So I had to go back. It was beautiful in the summer weather but a little hot. I chose the Four Seasons buffet, but our tour guide decided we go to Taiga without asking us. I love the Four Seasons buffet more than Taiga. There are better food options at Four Seasons.

This was our first time traveling abroad independently. When buying tickets, we found an option for a private Ba Na Hills tour with a Chinese-speaking guide, so we booked it without hesitation. Since the meeting point was a bit far from our accommodation, we were naturally a little nervous. At the meeting point on the day of the tour, we called our Chinese-speaking guide, Xiao Yang, and that's when our wonderful day began. We completely and confidently entrusted ourselves to our guide, Xiao Yang. Her professionalism was outstanding, and her friendliness goes without saying. Throughout the tour, she enthusiastically recommended shops to us and patiently explained all the things we should be aware of when visiting Vietnam. She was also very willing to understand our upcoming itinerary, advising us on how to plan it, what time to arrive at certain places, and what to see at specific times. She truly was a godsend during our trip to Vietnam. If I have friends, relatives, or family visiting next time, I will definitely recommend Guide Xiao Yang.

Few tips : Visit the Golden Bridge before 9 AM if possible. After that, it gets extremely crowded, making it difficult to enjoy the views and take photographs. It can also get quite hot during the day, so carry a cap, or umbrella and water. Families traveling with children should definitely stop by Pop Mart and buy a Labubu! Also grab a coffee at Starbucks: view is spectacular, overlooking the mountains and the resort. Ba Na Hills has everything- beautiful scenery, attractions, entertainment, shopping, and great food.
