Ngay từ khi bước vào, không khí đã rất yên bình và nhẹ nhàng — chính xác là điều tôi cần sau một ngày dài khám phá thành phố. Đội ngũ nhân viên vô cùng niềm nở, chuyên nghiệp và chu đáo. Họ mời tôi uống trà và giúp tôi chọn liệu trình phù hợp dựa trên cảm giác của tôi. Tôi đã chọn liệu pháp mát-xa toàn thân truyền thống của Việt Nam, và nó hoàn toàn hoàn hảo — lực vừa phải, kỹ thuật mượt mà và rất thư giãn. Căn phòng sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh và có mùi thơm dễ chịu của tinh dầu thiên nhiên. Điều tôi thực sự đánh giá cao là sự chú ý đến từng chi tiết: khăn ấm, giường thoải mái, nhạc nền nhẹ nhàng, và thậm chí là một tách trà gừng sảng khoái sau đó. Giá cả rất hợp lý so với chất lượng dịch vụ, và họ cung cấp nhiều gói đa dạng, từ mát-xa chân đến các liệu pháp toàn thân.

La massothérapie la plus agréable et la plus relaxante que nous ayons jamais eue! Notre dos et nos pieds se sentent rajeunis. Le personnel est également très sympathique et répond rapidement via WhatsApp. Nous réserverons un autre massage à coup sûr! 💘

The massage was really good! I felt so much better afterwards. They also let you choose the scent you wanted, and their staff member Minh Thu was very helpful and accommodating.

This was our best spa experience during our trip in Vietnam. We loved it so much that we came back 4 times. We tried a variety of different spa treatments and all of them are exceptional. I highly recommend the head to toe spa treatment which covers all the treatments they offer so that you can get a taste of everything. It may seem like the time is long but the time flies by so quickly. I highly recommend Sum Spa when you are in Da Nang. You will not be disappointed!

First time experiencing a Vietnamese spa! I bought the 165-minute Mind-Body Balance package on Klook for $272, which included a full-body essential oil massage, scrub, head massage, face massage, facial, and hair wash – a complete head-to-toe service, it was excellent! Afterwards, there was mango and ginger tea. The staff continuously asked if the massage pressure was suitable, which was very thoughtful service. Highly recommend!
