I had a wonderful hair wash and head spa experience at Herbal Spa. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, refreshing, and professionally delivered. My therapist was skilled, gentle, and attentive, providing a soothing head massage that helped me completely unwind. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, while the peaceful ambiance created the perfect environment for relaxation. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making the experience feel both luxurious and authentic. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and well cared for. super good service and fantastic massage. 5stars. Easy to get to the shop. So far the best spa I been to. Best is to book via klook and make appointment as it is quite crowded and popular. The second time I went without klook booking, I was only able to get the 1h massage in the morning. Thus, I highly recommend to make booking. You will not regret going to this spa.

Before the massage begins, we inquire about any areas you wish to avoid and your preferred pressure level (including whether elbow, knee, or back-stepping massage is acceptable). We provide small zip-lock bags for guests to store jewelry, bracelets, or watches, and we also remind them to silence their mobile phones. Personal belongings can be stored in lockable lockers. The masseurs' techniques are comfortable, and the pressure is just right (can be adjusted at any time or you can request a different masseur). The entire facility is filled with a gentle and comfortable aroma. Massages are conducted in small private rooms with comfortable lighting and music. The massage skills are excellent, targeting acupoints and meridians effectively, leading to extreme relaxation. There's a welcome drink before the massage and snacks to enjoy afterward. The feedback form is also very comprehensive. This is a high-quality establishment, highly recommended.

It truly is Da Nang's number one massage parlor. From the moment you step in, you feel incredibly honored. Every staff member provides genuinely sincere service. A clean and tidy environment is a given, and they provide a questionnaire to ask about massage precautions. Two hours passed by quickly, and every detail was well-executed. It's very worthwhile. However, booking through Klook will be more expensive than booking on-site. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation. If you have no language barriers and can book yourself, it's recommended to inquire with the store via WhatsApp or Facebook.

This is the most meticulous and thoughtful spa I've ever visited. After booking a four-hand massage through Klook once, I directly booked another service not available on Klook with the spa. Before the massage, you fill out a questionnaire, with different questionnaires for different services, ensuring the masseuse understands your condition and needs. Many seemingly small details are very thoughtful, such as asking guests to put their phones on silent, providing a small pouch for your jewelry, and knocking on the door instead of just opening it after you've changed in the room (some places ask you to open the door, and who knows who might be passing by outside). After the treatment, your shoes are already placed under the table where refreshments have been prepared for you. The price might be a bit higher than similar establishments, but it's absolutely worth it.

I booked through Klook, which allowed me to reserve a time and confirm the slot via WhatsApp. The 120-minute session was incredibly comfortable; the masseuse hit every pressure point perfectly! The best part is that it has a shower room, so I can shower after relaxing before continuing my journey!

This is the most satisfying massage I've booked on Klook so far! From the front desk service to the four-hand massage therapists, everyone was very polite and responsive! They were also very friendly, and the therapists' massage strength was just right, hitting all the right spots! The optional shampoo add-on was so worth it! When we were leaving on a rainy day, they even held an umbrella for us to get into the car! It's really worth everyone booking.
