Tòa nhà được thiết kế đẹp mắt và trang trí lộng lẫy cả bên trong lẫn bên ngoài, mang lại cảm giác gần gũi với thiên nhiên và thư thái. Nhân viên rất lịch sự và thân thiện, hướng dẫn chúng tôi rõ ràng qua từng bước. Nơi này cũng rất đẹp và sạch sẽ. Tranh BK là chuyên viên trị liệu của tôi và cô ấy rất giỏi! Tôi đến từ Thái Lan và tôi bị đau lưng & vai mãn tính, vì vậy kỳ vọng của tôi về mát-xa rất cao, nhưng Tranh đã đáp ứng được kỳ vọng của tôi. Sau buổi mát-xa, tôi cảm thấy nhẹ nhõm, thư giãn và hài lòng. Họ cũng có đồ uống & đồ ăn nhẹ miễn phí cả trước và sau buổi mát-xa, và chúng được trình bày rất đẹp mắt. Amazing experience when you enter the spa, it feels like you're transported to another place. The ambiance was amazing. The staff was very friendly and welcoming; they assisted us right away. The reception staff even came up to our room to make sure we had a nice and relaxed pressure for the 5 minutes we wanted. The massage therapist was so friendly, the room was quiet and had relaxing music. I fell asleep while they were giving the massage. Highly recommended, and we will definitely go back again once we have a Vietnam vacation. Thanks to our massage therapists Trang BT and Thaānh BL, we had a great time.

I had a fantastic time at Nguon Spa. Even the arrival was wonderful. I was immediately greeted warmly and offered a drink. The massage was pure heaven. My masseuse, Tranh Bk, was fantastic. I've never had such a good massage and would come back anytime. Highly recommended.

I made my first purchase on the Klook app and arrived without a reservation. The staff member who assisted me at that time was very pleasant, so I returned the next day. I chose the 60-minute shampoo course. First, I was served tea and dried fruit. Then, I went up to the second floor to store my belongings in a locker and received a foot bath. I moved to a room and changed only my upper body. Although I was in the same room as other guests, they kept the shampoo stations separate. The service began with a head massage, followed by a shampoo. Water got into my ears and splashed on my face, but since I'm not in Japan, I expected it (laughs). After the shampoo, I received a massage for my neck, shoulders, décolletage, and arms. I went up to the third floor for drying and some kind of machine (?), and then it was finished. I went down to the second floor to retrieve my belongings, then down to the first floor, where I was served tea and a light snack. I didn't have a chance to give a tip, but apparently, they don't accept tips. A therapist named Duyen assisted me. Thank you very much.

All the services today were very satisfying, so I won't repeat myself, but rather summarize the remaining points: 1.) The massage center's standard is similar to Thailand's Let's Relax, but the overall environment is even more elegant. 2.) The service, I can say, is impeccable. From the moment you walk in, you feel like a valued guest, especially Hanh, the slim front desk lady who served us yesterday (I know her name today). She arranged everything for me today. And the four masseuses who served us today, Thuy BK, Le BK, Phuong BK, Thuy BT, all provided dedicated service and were very attentive to the elderly. 3.) I don't know if it's because it's winter, but during the massage, they use hot bean bags to wrap your feet. When you turn over for the front massage, they use a hot pillow and eye mask for you. Every detail is very thoughtful. 4.) From the welcome drink upon arrival to the snacks and drinks before you leave, every detail is handled perfectly. So, I recommend this place if you don't have a specific spa center in mind; it's definitely worth trying.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN DA NANG!!! everything is so good! The place is so aesthetic. the staff are very friendly and accommodating! shoutout to Ms. Trabl for doing my hairwash and neck, shoulders massage! she is so good! when you’re in da nang book this activity! you’ll feel refresh all day! plus the tea and snacks before and after the service - wooooww! so amazing!

It was a wonderful place with excellent hospitality. Mrs. Trang and Mrs. Huynh were in charge, and they were very attentive to every detail, which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. For the 75-minute course, you can choose between a 15-minute sauna and a 60-minute massage, or a 75-minute massage. For the sauna, you can choose between steam or dry. There was lemongrass in the sauna, which smelled very nice. From the time I filled out the massage consultation form to the after-massage drinks and other services, it took about 2 hours in total. If you have a tight schedule, please be mindful of the time. After the massage, they also kept my suitcase for me, which was very helpful as I could sightsee unencumbered. Thank you very much!
