此留言主講教練服務： 當初在預訂時，依選項選會以為你訂2/23， 就是2/23會有教練課程與當晚要住一晚， 但!!錯了!! 居然是2/23住一晚，隔天2/24才有教練課程!!!! 當天我還在Klook上再次確認，的確未寫到課程是隔天啊!!! 當下超錯愕，因為隔天我們就要回東京啊啊! 希望Klook選項可以備註一下 還好當下跟櫃台反應，旅館人員協助聯繫教練學校， 教練學校也很給力，在日本連假日訂單爆滿情況下， 還是協助幫忙找到合格教練。 也只比原預計上課時間往後1小時而已。 教練學校服務也很好，派車到旅館接我們 先到雪具店試裝備，免費提供有：安全帽、滑板、雪靴(綁繩式) 再來就載我們到中里滑學場與教練碰面 回程也會載回飯店，在飯店脫裝備就可以 教練(日本人)很熱情、情緒給很滿 我們4人無經驗當天都可以滑好滑滿 感覺有點因禍得福XD

Snowboard lesson: My instructor Inue-san (I hope I got his name right) was really nice, really great English communicator, he was really good at identifying what I was doing wrong and correct them, he really know his stuff! I was able to learn everything I need to enjoy snowboarding by my own in just under 2 hours, thanks to his guidance. Accomodation: It really gives you a traditional Japanese style kind of experience. Nothing super fancy, I'd say you can imagine you're living a life of a simple japanese countryman. The staffs are really nice. The only downside is that after 8pm there is literally nothing around the area, the nearest convenient store is 10-15mins walk away, inside a hotel. Overall: I think it's quite a value for money option. You get free equipment rental as well excluding winter wear.

此留言針對民宿： 民宿很傳統，無電梯，房間被安排在三樓 是榻榻米房間，且有提供桌爐與暖爐。 要自己鋪床，感覺就很像以前日本卡通上看到的樣子， 自己第一次動手照卡通上作蠻有趣的。 房間剛進去很熱，可開窗通風也可看晚上雪景 房間都是雅房廁所共用（在同樓層分男女廁） 浴室在１樓有兩間，且都可以泡湯 櫃台人員友善且很積極協助:D

Amazing experience with the whole package and best value for price! The package includes pickup service from echigo yuzawa station, instructor, ski gear and hotel. We booked for 8 people and got 2 amazing instructor, and a hotel with 3 rooms. Would definitely book again for our next trip!

行程中包含接送，中文滑雪教練，雪具，住宿(是舊式的民宿單很乾淨服務好)，簡單的早晚餐。

性價比高 。住宿日式家庭式酒店。早餐及晚餐是日式的家庭煮食，份量偏小味道一般，但可以。總括嚟講價錢公道十分推薦營會再試👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

又有教滑雪⛷️一對一， 包住宿 又包早晚餐， 餐廳係泰風味 ， 比預期好👍🏿民宿簡約但乾淨 。

5 star for accomodations and 2 star for ski lessons. Good Day was really accommodating and offered pick up and drop off at the train station and to Nakasato ski resort. Traditional Japanese room was clean and hotel amenities were available on the 1st floor. Dinner and breakfast included in the package was at the 2nd floor Thai restaurant and much appreciated as restaurant options are limited in the area. The ski lesson, on the other hand, was not up to the standard I’ve received at other schools. Instructor asked what I wanted to work on during the lesson and then pointed out issues with my skiing, which is great; however, we never worked on correcting my issues in the 2 hours we had. She would have me do a drill and watch, and after one drill we’d move on to another practice. I didn’t feel that I improved at all and came out of the lesson more confused. We also ended the lesson on time despite starting 10 min later than scheduled as I was asked to go inside the school to sign a waiver (understandable) and then wait for the instructor to put on her ski equipment. It would have been nice if I was told in advance so we could start on time as I’ve always just met instructors by the slope at other schools.

都頭到結束都很讚。服務態度好。教練也很有耐心

雪場很讚，教練很有耐心，民宿老闆人很好，精通中英文，對已有一點基礎的初學者來說整體CP值很高。
