This review is about the instructor service: When I made the booking, based on the options, I thought I was booking for February 23rd, meaning there would be an instructor lesson on February 23rd and an overnight stay that night. But!! I was wrong!! It turned out to be an overnight stay on February 23rd, and the instructor lesson was only on the following day, February 24th!!!! That day, I even double-checked on Klook, and it indeed didn't state that the lesson was on the next day!!! I was extremely shocked at the time because we were supposed to return to Tokyo the next day! I hope Klook can add a note to the options. Fortunately, I reported it to the front desk at the time, and the hotel staff helped contact the instructor school. The instructor school was also very helpful. Even though it was a holiday in Japan and bookings were full, they still managed to find a qualified instructor for us. The lesson was only postponed by 1 hour from the original scheduled time. The instructor school's service was also excellent. They sent a car to pick us up from the hotel. First, we went to the ski rental shop to try on equipment. Free items provided included: helmet, snowboard, and snow boots (lace-up type). Then, they drove us to the Nakazato ski resort to meet the instructor. They also drove us back to the hotel afterward, where we could take off our equipment. The instructor (Japanese) was very enthusiastic and full of energy. All four of us, with no prior experience, were able to ski well and enjoy ourselves that day. It felt a bit like a blessing in disguise, haha.

This message is regarding the guesthouse: The guesthouse is very traditional, with no elevator, and our room was on the third floor. It was a tatami room, and it provided a kotatsu (table heater) and a heater. We had to make our own futons, which felt just like what you see in old Japanese cartoons. It was quite fun to do it myself for the first time, just like in the cartoons. The room was very warm when we first entered, but we could open the window for ventilation and also enjoy the night snow view. All rooms are private rooms with shared toilets (on the same floor, separated by gender). There are two bathrooms on the first floor, and both allow for hot spring bathing. The front desk staff were friendly and very proactive in assisting us :D

スノーボードレッスン：インストラクターのイヌエさん（お名前が合っていると良いのですが）はとても親切で、英語でのコミュニケーション能力も非常に高く、私の間違いを的確に指摘し、修正してくれました。本当にプロフェッショナルでした！彼の指導のおかげで、2時間足らずでスノーボードを楽しむために必要なことをすべて自分で学ぶことができました。 宿泊施設：伝統的な日本家屋の体験ができます。豪華ではありませんが、素朴な日本の田舎暮らしを想像できるでしょう。スタッフはとても親切です。唯一の欠点は、午後8時以降は周辺に何もお店がなく、最寄りのコンビニエンスストアはホテル内にあり、徒歩10～15分かかることです。 全体として：費用対効果の高い選択肢だと思います。ウィンターウェアを除き、無料の用具レンタルも利用できます。

Amazing experience with the whole package and best value for price! The package includes pickup service from Echigo Yuzawa Station, instructor, ski gear, and hotel. We booked for 8 people and got 2 amazing instructors and a hotel with 3 rooms. Would definitely book again for our next trip!

There are also one-on-one ski lessons ⛷️, including accommodation and breakfast and dinner. The restaurant serves Thai-style food, which was better than expected 👍🏿. The guesthouse is simple but clean.

Good Day è stato davvero accomodante e ha offerto il servizio di prelievo e riconsegna alla stazione ferroviaria e al comprensorio sciistico di Nakasato. La camera tradizionale giapponese era pulita e i servizi dell'hotel erano disponibili al 1° piano. La cena e la colazione incluse nel pacchetto erano presso il ristorante thailandese al 2° piano e molto apprezzate, dato che le opzioni di ristorazione sono limitate nella zona. La lezione di sci, d'altra parte, non era all'altezza degli standard che ho ricevuto in altre scuole. L'istruttrice mi ha chiesto su cosa volessi lavorare durante la lezione e poi ha evidenziato i problemi con la mia sciata, il che è ottimo; tuttavia, non abbiamo mai lavorato per correggere i miei problemi nelle 2 ore che avevamo a disposizione. Mi faceva fare un esercizio e osservava, e dopo un esercizio passavamo a un'altra pratica. Non ho sentito di essere migliorato affatto e sono uscito dalla lezione più confuso. Abbiamo anche terminato la lezione in orario nonostante avessimo iniziato 10 minuti più tardi del previsto, poiché mi è stato chiesto di andare all'interno della scuola per firmare una liberatoria (comprensibile) e poi aspettare che l'istruttrice indossasse la sua attrezzatura da sci. Sarebbe stato bello se mi fosse stato detto in anticipo in modo da poter iniziare in orario, dato che in altre scuole ho sempre incontrato gli istruttori direttamente sulla pista.

The ski resort is great, the instructors are very patient, and the guesthouse owner is very kind and fluent in both Chinese and English. For beginners who already have some basic skills, the overall value for money is excellent.

Great value for money. It's a Japanese-style family hotel. Breakfast and dinner are Japanese home-cooked meals; the portions are a bit small and the taste is average, but acceptable. Overall, the price is fair, and I highly recommend it. I'll try it again! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

都頭到結束都很讚。服務態度好。教練也很有耐心

行程中包含接送，中文滑雪教練，雪具，住宿(是舊式的民宿單很乾淨服務好)，簡單的早晚餐。
