We have a very good skiing instructor, Harima-san. He is very professional, patient, helpful, and cheerful. He helped us get all our rental equipment and clothing. We learned a lot from him and we enjoyed the lesson.

We arrived 1.5 hours early to rent and put on our snow gear. The rental shop staff prepared the equipment for us. The quality was good. The instructions weren't very clear, but a staff member from the YUZAWA INTERNATIONAL PRO SNOW SCHOOL eventually picked us up from the shop, so waiting inside was fine. The staff drove us to Iwappara Ski Resort and introduced us to the coach from Taiwan. Both the staff and the coach were nice and friendly. We did some warm-up exercises and learned how to use a snowboard and the basic skills. We enjoyed the lesson, and it was a good experience for beginners.

Tenemos un instructor de habla inglesa llamado Andy, creo que es de Taiwán y trabaja aquí. Es el mejor instructor, con todas las habilidades básicas y nos enseña con mucha paciencia. Ojalá podamos volver a verlo el año que viene y seguiremos utilizando este servicio, ya que es muy conveniente. Incluso nos ofrecieron recogernos en la estación de tren con viaje de vuelta incluido.

We attended the class on 2026/01/29, and both of us were complete beginners at skiing. We are very grateful to Coach Duck for his patient and thoughtful guidance, from putting on the equipment to the end of the lesson. Highly recommended. The class was arranged by the local ski company, Yuzawa International Ski School. We suggest that the company improve the way students and coaches meet and identify each other, as it's very difficult to find a coach in the vast snow with just a headshot. Fortunately, the coach found us.

Highly recommended!!! Great for beginners, and very convenient to get to from Tokyo. I especially recommend Kiki-sensei; she's an amazing teacher!! I want to come again next time.

Your explanations were clear, and you were great at guiding us, which helped us improve a lot! What touched us most was how warmly you encouraged us, so even when we fell, we didn't feel frustrated but rather more confident to keep challenging ourselves. We are truly grateful for your companionship and guidance, which gave us such wonderful skiing memories 🙏. Instructor Syo Inoue is fantastic! 🌟 Also, we highly recommend the entire package, including transfers and equipment rental!!!

The price includes equipment rental, shuttle service to the ski resort, and lessons. Both the shuttle and the instructor were punctual. Even though we were a family of beginners, Instructor Xiao Zhu was very patient. The two-hour lesson was very fulfilling; although it was short and we only learned the basics, it was enough to earn high praise from my family.

This was my first snowboarding experience, and I had absolutely no prior experience. The instructor started with the basics and was incredibly patient, adapting their teaching style to correct my mistakes. It was difficult at first, but I started to get the hang of it later on. It's not easy, and two hours felt like not enough time. Next time, I'll choose the 6-hour course!

The AI instructor is excellent at teaching; you can truly learn the snowboard Hillside Falling Leaf technique in one day. The helmets, snow boots, and snowboards provided by the ski school are also of stable quality, and the pick-up and drop-off services are always punctual.
