Friendly staff, came early to get my luggage, however there was an issue on collection. Which was quite stressful. It was dealt with promptly and rectified. Had this issue not occurred it would be 5 stars. Also answered my messages instantly.

What a fantastic experience. This company was most professional and organized. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was impeccable. They went out of their way to ensure that the handover went smoothly. I would highly recommend using them. I shall definitely use the same company when I return to Seoul at the end of the week! Wow - the best experience. After booking, the owner sends you a message (WhatsApp) and confirms your booking preferences. It was easy to communicate with him. A staff member picked up my luggage at the time and place that was chosen, and the same for giving them back. I was pleasantly surprised how easy this was. Totally recommended.

I can't speak highly enough of how grateful we are for this service. We reserved this service for a 12 hrs Layover in South Korea. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed for an hour and pushed out our Arrival time. I was able to inform the company and the representative was very responsive and made sure our Luggage was stored at the new time requested. They were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this service.

Originally, I was quite worried that this might be a scam because there was no business name, address, or phone number listed on the Klook page. However, after reading the reviews, I decided to give them a try — and I’m glad I did. Their service is extremely professional. They respond quickly, and everything is very punctual. Even when my flight was delayed and I arrived late due to immigration procedures, they were very flexible and easily adjusted the pickup time. If this were in the U.S., I honestly don’t think I could expect this level of service — I’d probably be worried about ever seeing my luggage again, lol. I would definitely recommend this service, and I’ll gladly use it again the next time I visit South Korea.

The handover was smooth. I was contacted via Kakao the day before, and after arriving at the airport, I contacted them again via Kakao to get the pickup location. There was no handover certificate or anything, which made me a little uneasy, but the pickup was on time and there were no issues at all. It was a transit stay, but I was able to spend it comfortably without having to carry my suitcase. I would like to use this service again. Thank you very much.

Communicates well, and kept my luggage in great shape! Even when I gave them a wrong time for pickup, they were responsive and made sure I was able to receive my luggage!
