Amazing service, even if I came a bit later then planned I could store my luggage myself with the good system in place. Coming back to take the luggage was easy and efficient! Thanks a lot :)

This is a great service! While I initially had some difficulty locating the booth due to the lack of signage, I am overall very satisfied with the service.

The explanation said Gate 13, but it's Gate 12 (upon closer inspection of the photo, it was indeed Gate 12). It's located on the first basement floor of the building, two stops away by the free airport bus. Aside from the bus stop, I was able to get there without getting lost. The bus also comes every 5-10 minutes. However, it's not as convenient as checking luggage at the airport. It takes time to go back and forth to drop off luggage, and moving with large bags is difficult. Nevertheless, the convenience of 24-hour operation was invaluable. Although it's advertised as 24-hour, it's closed late at night, and self-service is required. I think it's best to choose based on price and time. The staff were kind and very helpful.

It's very close, as it's the second bus stop from Incheon Airport Terminal 1. It's also easy to get back. The staff were very polite. I would definitely like to use it again.

When we arrived at the store in the morning, there was no staff member present, and we had to wait for a while. Regarding pick-up, it was stated as "24-hour service," so when I informed them in advance that I would come around 11:00 PM, I was told, "Staff won't be there at that time, so we'll leave it outside." However, when I actually visited at that time, the carry-on was not outside but inside the store. Perhaps because it was a Japanese phone number, I couldn't get in touch with anyone, and I was panicking, my mind went blank. Fortunately, a staff member from the neighboring store helped us, and through them, we were finally able to retrieve it. Ultimately, there was no direct apology, and I felt very uneasy thinking that if there hadn't been anyone around, I wouldn't have been able to pick it up. Due to this situation, we missed the last free shuttle bus we had planned to take and were forced to take a taxi to the airport. As a service for tourists, this was very disappointing, and I felt that a more sincere response was needed. Honestly, it was such an incident that I wanted to request a refund or compensation for the taxi fare. I hope for improvements so that similar troubles do not happen to other users in the future. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend using this service at this time.

I had planned to use this service for a late-night Peach flight departing from Haneda, but I decided against it. While I acknowledge it was partly my fault for not thoroughly reading the instructions, I felt uncomfortable with the idea of dropping off my luggage unsupervised. The building also felt eerie in the early morning.

Très mauvais choix, je suis arrivée à l'aéroport d'incheon et mis plus d'une heure et demi à trouver comment m'y rendre (mauvaises indications). Au final, c'est tellement compliqué de s'y rendre que j'ai préféré garder mes bagages avec moi plutôt que de ne pas les retrouver. C'est très dommage, beaucoup de temps perdu car je ne restais qu'à la journée et de l'argent perdu.
