We had our luggage picked up from our hotel in Myeongdong and sent to Incheon Airport, as our flight back to Manila wasn't until 10 PM. This allowed us to make the most of our last day in Seoul without the hassle of carrying our bags and gave us the flexibility to change our plans, which wouldn't have been possible if we had opted for luggage storage. We're also very grateful to Agent Kai for his patience in guiding us on where to go and what to do. We tried a similar service in another country and had difficulty finding the meeting point. But with Agent Kai, he was very helpful and truly assisted us in finding our way (it was our first time in Korea). Thank you so much to our LuggAgent Kai!

It's incredibly convenient not to have to carry luggage around on the last day of your trip, freeing up your hands! The customer service was excellent! They actively updated me on the luggage's progress, and their instructions were clear, allowing me to get my luggage on time and even have a leisurely burger before boarding. ^_^

I really like their service. The customer service emailed me after I booked their service, when the driver reached our Airbnb and when our luggage arrived at the airport. When I had queries and emailed them, they replied to my email within 5 minutes. Overall, the service is awesome! I will definitely use their service again next time. The only concern for us was that we couldn't find their counter at the airport. The instructions were not clear. Perhaps they could mention that the counter is on the departure floor (Level 3), next to N19 instead. :)

The service is super convenient! I went to the airport that evening and got my luggage smoothly. There's also a dedicated counter to help look after your bags. When dropping off luggage, be aware that you might see a very long queue – those are for walk-ins! If you have a reservation for airport luggage delivery, you can go directly to the front and find the staff there to process your request. You don't need to join that long queue, which could save you from exceeding your time limit.

The collection of luggage from our Airbnb was quite smooth. The collection from the airport was a bit chaotic, as the communication is fully done via email and you might miss the email if you don't pay attention to it. I suggest looking into WhatsApp at least so that you can respond in real time. Overall, we are happy to have this luggage service as it really helped us to navigate around the city freely on the final day.

The service seemed to be run by Chinese staff, and initially, I felt a bit uneasy about the communication. However, they communicated diligently via LINE, sending follow-up messages when I arrived on the day, and regularly updating me on when they would arrive and when I could pick up my luggage. They delivered it right on time, allowing us to head straight into the city. When they delivered to the hotel, they even took a photo in front of the hotel counter and sent it to me, confirming that it had been delivered without a doubt. I truly believe this is a convenient and trustworthy service provider. I will definitely use them again next time. Thank you very much.

Amazing and professional service! The pick-up and communication by email was smooth and earlier than my booking time which I’m super grateful for. I managed to send my luggage to my accommodation (a hostel/guest house with luggage storage room) using their same-day delivery service without any hassle. If sending to Airbnb you will have to pay extra $25. My luggage also arrived safely at my accomodation without any issue and I managed to retrieve my luggage just in time for check-in. If you arrived on the same day as your concert day and need your luggage to be delivered to your hotel or hostel, please book their service! And make sure to share your booking details and contact them as soon as you arrived at the airport so it’s easy for them to wait for you for luggage pickup. Thank you Luggagent, I will repeat my booking next time!

That was great! I didn't know the meeting point, so I inquired by email and received a prompt reply. (The email exchange was in English, and they were able to communicate in simple English!) It would have been better if the meeting point instructions had been a bit more detailed from the beginning, so that's my only regret. However, when I inquired, they provided detailed information! When the staff member called out to us at the meeting point, my companion didn't realize it was them and apparently declined, which might have caused them to search for us, but the staff member was very pleasant, which was good. Our luggage was also delivered securely to the hotel, and I was very satisfied.

Highly recommend this, though I hope the prices will be lower, haha. Definitely the way to travel to ease the burden of lugging our luggage, especially if your flight is a red-eye one, so you can fully utilize the last day in Seoul.
