처음에는 후기가 많지 않아 걱정했지만, 제가 묵는 호텔이 서비스 숙소 중 하나로 등록되어 있어서 한번 이용해 보기로 했습니다. 단 하루 전에 예약했는데, 예약이 신속하게 확정되었고 수하물 서비스는 매우 훌륭하고 편리했습니다. 과정은 순조로웠고, 직원들은 친절하고 전문적이었으며, 저희 수하물은 안전하게 제시간에 공항에 도착했습니다. 덕분에 호텔 체크아웃과 이동이 훨씬 스트레스 없이 진행되었고, 특히 한국에서 이동할 때 더욱 그랬습니다. 인천공항으로 번거로움 없이 이동하려는 분들께 강력히 추천합니다.

I was worried because it was a day with a little snow, but I received an email saying that it was delivered to Incheon Airport Terminal 1 on time. I thought it was amazing that they were on time despite the bad road conditions. I had trouble finding the office and asked the ticket machine staff for directions to pick up my luggage. The office location was described in the text, but I couldn't find it when I actually went there, so I thought it would be better to include a clear, large map. The woman at the office was very pleasant and saw me off with a smile. I would like to use your company again next time I go to Korea. Thank you very much for your service this time.

The service provided was not bad. They were able to communicate well in English, both via email and WhatsApp. Initially, they had my hostel address wrong, but I noticed the error and managed to correct it in time. Overall, it was good.

I only remembered to book the day before, and after booking in the morning, I quickly received an email notification. The next day, I just needed to place my luggage in the lobby before 10 AM and inform the hotel staff. Even if there's a language barrier, the notification has a translated version that can be shown directly to the front desk. Then, you don't have to worry about anything and can easily continue your itinerary or take a ride to the airport, without having to squeeze onto crowded trains with large bags or search for elevators. You'll also receive email notifications about the progress of your luggage delivery, which is very reassuring. The luggage pick-up location is also very convenient, right near the airport subway exit.

I requested delivery from the hotel to Gimpo Airport. I researched how to use the service beforehand, but the details weren't clearly stated. After inquiring, I received a reassuring response via email, which allowed me to proceed with confidence. I think it would be helpful if email addresses and LINE IDs were more clearly listed. On the day of departure, my luggage arrived at the airport on time, allowing me to enjoy my last day smoothly. However, it's a bit disappointing that the pick-up location is in the domestic terminal of Gimpo Airport. I recommend arriving at the airport with plenty of time to spare.

I used the hotel on my last day in Korea -> Gimpo Airport (domestic terminal shop) service. I left my luggage at the hotel front desk by 10 AM and then went sightseeing hands-free. I was told that pickup at the airport would be available after 3 PM, but perhaps due to traffic, my luggage arrived before 3:30 PM. Although it was only for passengers with flights after 5 PM, my flight was at 5:15 PM. The shuttle bus from the domestic terminal to the international terminal also takes about 10 minutes, so I arrived after 3:45 PM. I was a bit rushed as it was getting close to the check-in deadline (less than 30 minutes), but everything went smoothly. I would use this service again depending on my flight time!

Als Erstnutzer war es etwas schwierig zu verstehen, wie es funktionierte, aber sobald alles geklärt war, funktionierte es wirklich gut. Wir wurden nahtlos vom Hotel abgeholt und konnten den Zug zum Flughafen nehmen, ohne uns um das Gepäck kümmern zu müssen.

Such a great service that we must recommend everyone. We were planning to book with another service but had booked too late as they had a 72hr window. However, this service allowed us to book less than 48 hours and saved us from having to travel to the airport early with our luggage as our flight was at 10pm. The team were very helpful and responsive and made the process very smooth running

Sehr praktischer Service, um Ihr Gepäck direkt zum Hotel zu liefern, sodass ich mir keine Sorgen machen musste, mit dem Gepäck die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu nutzen. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp zum Senden der Gepäckbilder war sehr einfach. Sehr empfehlenswert!
