We were able to use the Wowpass card for both transportation and food. I think it's the best option besides T-Money because this one is flexible and can do both. I just picked up my physical card from the Wowpass machine inside the Nice to CU Convenience Stores and was also able to top up some cash at the machine. It was hassle-free. I was able to use the card in Busan, Seoul, and Jeju, so it was all worth it!

Using WOWPASS for the first time made my initial trip to Korea incredibly convenient. There was a machine right at the hotel where I could scan a QR code to pick up the card. I used this card to pay at convenience stores, restaurants, beauty shops, and cafes! 👍

After arriving at Incheon Airport T1, you can pick up your card and top it up at the CU convenience store machine at Gate 6. It's very convenient, and your T-money is also topped up at the same time. Excellent! 👍🏻

It's cheaper to buy on Klook than at the machine, and once purchased, you can redeem and top up at the machine, which is very convenient and easy to use. However, some stores in Jeju Island might not accept Wowpass, but surprisingly accept credit cards. So, it's recommended to still carry a credit card and cash with you.

I used it as a split-bill wallet with friends. It was convenient because it could be used at any store. I was anxious because I didn't understand how the card would come out, so I think it would be better to understand it beforehand to alleviate travel worries. Please note that some machines do not allow charging for public transport. There was a limit when converting to Japanese yen. I was confused because I used it without understanding. I think it's convenient for individual use because you just need to charge it and it can be used at any store.

The card itself is convenient. However, finding the Wowpass machine at the airport was really difficult. I ended up going into Lotte Mall from the airport's basement, wandered around several floors, got lost in the back entrance of a restaurant, and finally, after asking a kitchen staff member whose eyes I met, I was directed to the machine in the city hotel lobby. If I had remembered the Korean floor numbering (GF, MF, 1F~), I might not have been so confused. It was my lack of preparation! There was also a machine quietly standing between the service lounge next to Lotte Mart (supermarket) on the MF floor of Lotte Mall and CoCo Ichibanya. This one is easier to find.

If you're traveling to South Korea, I highly recommend getting the WOWPASS through Klook. Specifically at Jeju Airport, the machine was conveniently located near the exit after you clear customs, and the Klook instructions were very helpful. You can also watch a short video on YouTube if you need more assistance. The WOWPASS is incredibly useful in South Korea, as it's accepted in many places. I was even able to use it at some restaurants where I didn't expect cards to be taken. The option to withdraw the money loaded onto the card was also reassuring, allowing you to get a good exchange rate and keep some emergency cash on hand after topping up the card.

I had an amazing trip in Korea with the top 4 most useful cards: 1. Climate card 2. Wowpass 3. discover seoul pass and 4. discover Busan pass. These are all the passses you need to have a memorable trip in South Korea. The booking of Klook Wowpass prepaid card was incredibly convenient and made cashless payments simple and stress-free throughout my travels. No need to line up in subways and look for terminals. With a wowpass card, I immediately uploaded my credit card details. it functions both as a T-money card and as a debit card. the debit function makes payments seamless since there is no need to figure out their conversion system or currency. The card was easy to get and top up, and it worked smoothly at shops, restaurants, cafes, and even for transportation. I loved not having to worry about carrying large amounts of cash or dealing with currency exchange. A must-have for anyone visiting Korea. Any left over money from the T-money, we used up in the CU stores at the airport.
