I can only say that this service is truly amazing! It's a godsend for shopaholics! First, we had a late flight! We had to check out at 11 AM. We were debating whether to use the hotel lobby or subway lockers for luggage storage, but we also wanted to go to Seongsu-dong for a final shopping spree 🛍️🛒. If we had to go back to Hongdae to pick up our luggage and then reorganize our purchases, it would have been such a hassle 🥲. We tried our luck on Klook 🔎 searching for "Seoul City Luggage Delivery" and we actually found it! 😝 Both of us screamed in excitement 😱. This service saved us so much time – no need to go back and forth for luggage, no storage fees, and no time spent storing luggage at the airport! It directly gave us an extra afternoon for shopping, and then we could go straight to the airport – no need to check in early! It felt like we gained half a day of travel time 😍. We checked in and checked our luggage right in Hongdae! After booking on Klook, we went to the counter set up at Holiday Inn to complete the process, and the whole thing was incredibly smooth and fast. It completely freed up our hands! We could play and shop until the last minute, then head to the airport 🛄 without worrying about our luggage 🧳. And when we arrived in Hong Kong, we just picked up our bags – super convenient ✨✨. I'm usually too lazy to write reviews, but this service is truly worth recommending to everyone ☺️💕.

I used the service right when the store opened at 9 AM. My suitcase was practically empty before I went to Korea, but on the way back, it was packed with souvenirs and cosmetics and became incredibly heavy. It was a huge relief to only have to carry the heavy suitcase for about 3 minutes from my Myeongdong hotel, and then travel light all the way to Incheon Airport. I will definitely use this service again next time I go to Korea. It's so convenient!

It's super convenient and frees up your hands! Since we had other plans later and it wasn't convenient to carry our luggage, not having to drag a 20kg suitcase to the airport later was incredibly helpful!

I used this service for my first trip to Korea. I was half-skeptical whether my reservation made easily online would be confirmed locally, but I was able to use it without any problems. After dropping off my luggage in Myeongdong, I was able to proceed very smoothly all the way to the baggage inspection at Incheon Airport. I will definitely use this service again if I go to Korea.

Please take note of your flight timing and follow the bag delivery schedule. If you install the airline's app, you will receive updates on your luggage status, or you can check the status of your luggage through the app.

This is my second time using this service. It was very helpful that they open at 7:30 AM and are located near the station's ground-level exit. I was able to check in and leave my luggage until just before I needed to head to my destination, which allowed me to make the most of my time.
