Excursão de Pequeno Grupo de Mt Cook para Tekapo (Sentido Único)

Driver is nice and friendly. He was trying very best to accommodate everyone’s need. We always feel stress free and being taken good care when travel with cheeky kiwi!

The guide was very flexible. It was a beautiful day and we stopped at various points to enjoy the great views along the way.

I frequently book tours through Klook, and usually, there are no major issues. This time, however, I am extremely disappointed and angry. Firstly, Klook's English and Chinese descriptions and the order confirmation stated that the return trip was included. I also inquired multiple times through AI, and it repeatedly confirmed that both the outbound and return journeys were included. I only received an email notification the day before departure, with the subject line stating "one way." I panicked at that moment, but it was too late to contact Cheeky Kiwi directly. When I inquired on the day of departure, they informed me that the return trip was not included. Fortunately, they arranged for us to take the 2:30 PM return bus. They called in the morning to inform me that there was an issue with the tour bus, and the original 10:00 AM departure was changed to 11:30 AM. To our surprise, we waited and waited, and the tour bus only picked us up at 12:20 PM. This bus was combined with a Queenstown group and needed to stop in Tekapo, so it only departed directly for Mount Cook at 12:40 PM. The entire trip departed more than 2.5 hours late. The original plan was to stay for 3 hours. The first stop was a hurried 5-minute visit, and the second stop at Mount Cook was also only 5 minutes before we had to turn back. Additionally, there were many items obstructing the view at the stops, making it impossible to appreciate the beautiful scenery. We raised the time issue with the driver, but he was arrogant and threatened us to get off if we were unhappy, so we had no choice but to endure the entire journey. The weather was great, and the scenery along the way was beautiful. Ultimately, due to Klook's incorrect information and Cheeky Kiwi Travel's mismanagement, our travel mood was severely affected. Including our infant (we later directly added an infant with Kiwi), the trip cost approximately HKD 2,500. However, what we received was a tour that did not match the description and a lot of anger. We strongly demand a refund!!!!
