City Tour de Hanói de Mini Ônibus

I only booked the pass the day before my departure. This is a fantastic voucher for anyone who doesn't want to think about transportation at all, allowing you to completely relax, enjoy the scenery, and take photos. The weather was slightly sunny on the day I took the bus, and the breeze while the bus was moving was very comfortable and leisurely. Because I wanted to see all the sights, I only got off at the eighth stop (the dragon attraction) and the third stop to visit the market, and I already felt it was excellent value for money. The staff at the ticket counter were very friendly and told me what to look out for, and the driver was also very thoughtful in informing passengers about their destinations. However, I was in Hanoi during the Lunar New Year, so I wasn't sure if some shops were open. Otherwise, I would have liked to book a few more days to get off and take detailed photos. I will definitely book tickets again on my next visit. Thank you, Klook platform, for giving me such a wonderful solo trip.

This is a great way to experience Hanoi in just a day. The drivers and conductors of the mini bus were nice. Whenever we get off a stop, they usually coordinate with us what time we will be finished so that others could pick us up again. This is a very considerate gesture from them. Thank you.

The tour provided an excellent overview of the city’s key attractions. The tour guide and even the driver were knowledgeable and friendly, sharing interesting historical and cultural facts about each location. Lucky enough to witness the passing train on the street during the tour.

You need to go to Hoan Kiem Lake first to exchange your tickets. After exchanging, you'll need to make your own way to the Hanoi Opera House to board the vehicle. For those walking (especially with children), it's recommended to walk along the road next to Hoan Kiem Lake (this area has vehicle restrictions, making it relatively safer to walk; do not follow Google Maps, which suggests the main road outside, as it's very dangerous). This tour only takes you around Hanoi's important sights; it doesn't include a guide. However, the driver is very enthusiastic and friendly, and will try to point out landmarks in the local language as you pass them. Overall, if you're traveling with children, it's highly recommended because it's very relaxing. On the day we went, there were no other passengers, so we had the vehicle to ourselves, and the ride experience was excellent.

4 hours is very worthwhile. If you have time, you should choose the 1-day program. The driver is very kind and provides excellent, attentive service. The guide explains everything and recommends interesting spots to visit within the limited time, ensuring you can get on and off on schedule.

I booked a 4-seater airport transfer, but realizing I might be short on time, they kindly changed the pickup to 40 minutes earlier. The driver arrived 30 minutes early, and I reached the airport comfortably. They also upgraded my vehicle to a limousine, allowing me to enjoy a massage on the way, making my arrival at the airport very pleasant and comfortable. I've decided to only use KLOOK for my future Southeast Asian travels. Thanks to them, I was able to finish my enjoyable trip well.
