Hotel is great, nice and clean, very good location, walking distance to the bund. Staff are super helpful and great service. Hotel buffet is good. Will stay there again and recommend to friends.

The room was spacious, though the lighting was a bit dim. Breakfast was included, and overall it was a good stay. We spent a whole day at the hotel during a typhoon and heavy rain, and the bed was so comfortable that we could lie in it all day without getting tired.

The hotel's location is quite good, just across the road from the Bund. However, the room I booked through Klook was advertised as a "25% off exclusive offer with Bund view" package, but I ended up with a room without a view. The room size was acceptable, and the cleanliness was good. Overall, it was okay!

The value for money is excellent, and the location is superb, right by the Bund. The rooms are not very large but are kept very clean. The only downside is that some rooms have a wall right outside the window.
