Este parque es una joya secreta en China. Pasamos el mejor día aquí y casi lo tuvimos para nosotros solos. ¡Pudimos ver pandas por primera vez! ¡Qué divertido ver jugar a los cachorros! ¡Pudimos entrar al recinto y alimentar a los pandas rojos, canguros y capibaras! También hicimos el recorrido en autobús y alimentamos a tigres blancos y osos a través de un pequeño agujero en la ventana. Una experiencia única. También tienen un McDonald's dentro del parque. El parque se sentía bastante vacío, excepto por los niños de la escuela en una excursión. No tuvimos tiempo de ver el espectáculo de circo ni ninguno de los otros espectáculos. Escanear las entradas con la aplicación Klook fue muy fácil. Pasamos 4 horas y media allí, pero podríamos haber pasado todo el día si hubiéramos tenido más tiempo. Los animales parecían bien cuidados, el parque estaba limpio. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente ir aquí si estás en Shanghái!

The Shanghai Wild Animal Park is very large, and walking can be tiring, especially if the temperature is close to 30 degrees Celsius or if there are elderly people in your group. In such cases, it is highly recommended to rent a four-seater golf cart immediately after entering the park (as there are no other rental points inside). Keep the car key with you so you can park anywhere and get off to see the animals. The park's official website sells admission tickets and animal interaction tickets; hopefully, Klook will offer these in the future. There are other package tickets available inside the park. I purchased VIP boat and VIP feeding vehicle tickets, costing 168 RMB per person. The feeding vehicle is a 20-seater air-conditioned cage car. Each passenger has a cup of raw meat and apples in front of their seat. Following the park guide's instructions, you use a long metal fork to feed the food through a round hole in the vehicle to fierce animals like brown bears and tigers, which is very exciting and fun. The VIP boat offers distant views of animals along the riverbanks. At one stop, you can throw vegetables to a flock of swans, and at another stop, after docking, small monkeys will jump onto the boat to be fed red dates by staff. I visited in mid-May, and there weren't many people. The toilets in the park are squat toilets, which Hong Kong, Macau, and international visitors, especially the elderly, should be aware of.

El parque es enorme y divertido de experimentar. Primero exploramos en autobús, que está incluido en la entrada, y logramos ver a los animales en sus recintos. Luego alquilamos los carritos panda para recorrer el resto del parque. Se alquilan por una hora. We had an incredible time at Shanghai Wildlife Zoo Park. The park is spacious, well-organized, and home to a wide variety of animals. A real highlight was feeding the bears and tigers while sitting inside an enclosed vehicle, which was both exciting and memorable! Inside the zoo, there’s also a seal and otter performance, which are fun to watch. Additionally, there’s an acrobatics performance that you pay for separately, but it’s absolutely worth it. The performers kept us on the edge of our seats with dangerous stunts, and we even found our palms sweaty from the thrill! The safari-style areas allowed us to see animals up close in a more natural environment, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended for families, thrill-seekers, and animal lovers visiting Shanghai!

This is a great place to visit! There are so many things to do, places to eat and shop, and shows to watch. There are many experiences offered at an extra price that are inexpensive and definitely worth it. For approximately $5US I got to feed and pet a capybara. Another $5US and I fed a red panda. Another $5US and I fed an elephant. It was awesome. The park is very big, and you can rent a family bicycle or a cute golf cart decorated like an animal in order to get around if you don’t feeling like walking. This is a place definitely worth visiting - it was the best zoo I’ve even been to.

Este fue el mejor parque de animales en el que habíamos estado. Fue increíble ver que los animales se mantenían en su mayoría en grandes áreas de libre circulación. Además, los espectáculos de animales fueron asombrosos, aunque gratuitos. El circo de pago fue de clase mundial y no debería perdérselo. En general, valió cada centavo.

It was such a lovely experience at the Wild Animal Park, and our spirits were not dulled even by the slight drizzle! Would recommend getting on the tram to view the exhibits for the best experience, and to watch the large square show!

What an amazing park. We got to do a driving tour where we could feed a bear, lion, horse, and wolf, plus see so many other animals unbelievably close. After the feeding tour, we explored the rest of the park and got to feed red pandas, raccoons, flamingos, elephants, zebras, and could have fed a couple of others if we had moved a bit faster. I definitely recommend getting the little electric animal cart they have. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s a nice way to get around and offers someplace to hold your stuff. They also have pandas, and their exhibit is so cute. The one challenge we had was with the tickets we got from Klook; the ticket people wanted a QR code, but the Klook order just said we needed our passports. It could have been a language issue, but it was a rough start to our morning.

The VIP feeding experience is a must-try (100 yuan per person) where you can feed tigers, bears and horses at very close distance. Suggest to go early so that you are still in time to watch free animal show at Sun Plaza at 10 30am after you finish the VIP feeding. There are many interactive experience (with additional charges) with animals. We tried giraffe and elephant feeding, the kids loved it! For those who cannot walk for long, you can rent bicycle or electric cart near the main entrance. Can easily spend the whole day here as the park is massive if you stop by every station.

This is a great family-friendly itinerary. I thought of it on the same day, bought tickets on the same day, and participated on the same day! If you frequently visit zoos, you can still go because they offer golf cart rentals, so you don't have to walk yourself. It's only $200 for an hour. There are also circus shows and tiger feeding carts, which you can access by paying extra. It's very convenient and worth a visit.
