The best ice experience we have ever got. it is so spacious and we really enjoyed it. we had some very good clothes under so we could stay long. the rides were also nice and the shows kept us busy and interested. the hot chocolate is as also nice. This is a very good half day experience.

It is a bit far from the city center. If taking a taxi/car, it will be around an hour. However, it is worth it after all, as a 4-hour family pass (2 adults + 1 child) is just about HKD 424 (no skiing included). We had another child, so we bought another children's ticket for RMB 240. On-site, they provide jackets, trousers, and shoes (ticket inclusive). We really recommend buying waterproof gloves for playing in the snow.

The 4-hour family ticket is really worth it. If required, a child ticket is 176 yuan at the Guest Service Center in front of the entrance. Rental of waterproof jacket, pants, and boots are included, but you can wear your own too. Just remember to bring socks, waterproof gloves, a beanie, and a mask/neck gaiter. A locker is at least 25 yuan, but bags are also allowed inside. The place is huge and has many attractions/rides with height and weight restrictions. My 4-year-old, 100cm child still managed to enjoy a good amount of attractions. There are cafes (pricey) and even toilets in there. Enjoy your time in there, but don't forget to watch your time as there's an overtime fee as stated on Klook; you can only tap out to exit after you've paid it.

It was a lot of fun! They have snow gear (jackets, pants, and boots) available in your size, and large lockers for storing your belongings are available for 30 yuan, which is very convenient. However, traveling by train from downtown Shanghai to the suburbs takes about 50 minutes, and then it's another 15-20 minute walk from the train station to Snow World. It looks close by, but you have to walk along winding roads, so be sure to allow extra travel time.

Easy and convenient to use. Went to customer service to register and scan our faces, and now we can enter using facial recognition. Equipment rental also uses facial recognition. We skied in the morning and bought tickets for the Snow Play area in the afternoon. We spent an entire day there.

We spent one full day - 4 hours of skiing and unlimited snow play in the afternoon. We hired an instructor to teach us. The area is huge, and the instructor helped guide us around. For foreign passport holders, we need to register our faces before entering. If you are going to two places, you will also need to return all your gear, exit the place, register again, and re-enter. My teens had fun. Buying from Klook is fast and convenient.

Facilities: Good, large and spacious, but the staff couldn't communicate in English at all. Ease of booking via Klook: Easy, just show the QR code for registration and you can enter.
