The hotel is good, but the lady at the counter was not friendly. The cleanliness was not bad, acceptable. The hotel's location is great, with many food options nearby and situated between two MRT stations. The hotel also provides dinner.
The hotel is in a lively area with a great location, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They even offer free late-night snacks, and there's a small gift when you check out, which is lovely. It was almost Christmas, so there was a beautiful Christmas tree 🎄, creating a wonderful atmosphere 👍🏻. I also really liked that there were disinfectant wipes next to the toilet! The room was nice and clean too.
The stay was fantastic; the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The room was clean, and the price was reasonable. It's definitely worth a second visit. The location is lively, right next to Nanjing Pedestrian Street, and within walking distance to convenience stores (Lawson, FamilyMart) and BaWangChaJi.

Good hotel, but 2 elevators for this big hotel is not enough. Too long waiting to get to your room. Breakfast was good, but I have got better in Shanghai. Location is great.
I had special requests, and the male front desk attendant even helped me arrange a room change. I'm very grateful to him. Everyone's service was excellent, the environment was clean, and there was free coffee available, which was fantastic. Highly recommended!

I came here with my wife for a business trip and vacation, and we had a wonderful stay. First of all, the location is excellent. It was also great that breakfast was included.
