Fabricação de Ramen em Kyoto

My husband and I had so much fun making ramen! It was just the two of us with our instructor, so we were able to ask questions and actually have a chat with him too! Instructor: Our instructor was so nice! He was able to answer any questions that we had, and also asked us questions too! Location: The location of the actual class was a little difficult to find, but we stood outside the restaurant and asked someone, and they brought us to the right place. We got to eat the ramen at the actual restaurant though!

Shin was a fantastic host! We enjoyed designing our own ramen spoons. Learning the time and attention that goes into each ramen dish was fascinating and we got to enjoy a delicious bowl of ramen at the end. I highly recommend this experience!

本当に楽しいラーメン作り体験でした！最初から実践的なアクティビティで指導してくれました。2つのグループで合計5名でしたが、全員が各工程を行うことができました！お土産にヘッドスカーフもいただきました！レストランを見つけると、近くのラーメン作り体験場所に案内してくれます。インストラクターのモモさんとアミルさん、ありがとうございました！

Such an awesome experience!! Our instructor Amir was so patient, knowledge and professional. we did the spoon painting and rake cooking package. Painting was so much fun for the whole family (my kiddos are 5 and 8). we learned so much about the noodles and the broth it made the whole experience fun and educational. the address listed on Klook was incorrect but we were able to email the contact person on our reservation and they gave us exact directions literally a few minutes after I sent the email. Overall this was the highlight of our visit to Kyoto. I would highly recommend this experience.

There were supposed to be three people in my class, but the other two didn’t show up so I got the amazing opportunity to have a private Ramen making class! I had so much fun and my teachers were so kind and warm. cherry on top was getting to eat Michelin star Ramen after helping make the noodles! I would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in learning how to make Ramen.

Ramen noodle making with Shin and Rose was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. We did this as a family (2 adults and 3 children 8,10,11). Shin and Rose were amazing hosts, guiding us to make the noodles almost completely independently. Despite visiting both Disney and Universal, our children still talk about this activity as one of their favourites. The meal of ramen we ate after was authentic and delicious, particularly the black ramen. We would highly recommended this activity to anyone visiting Kyoto.

What a joy and delight and wonderful experience to make the Ramen noodles for Musashin restaurant. It was amazing to have the owner go through the process and allow us to get hands on all the way through as we made the first 60 noodle portions of the day, and then get to taste the fruits of our labours!
