The tour guide's explanation was very detailed, and the itinerary arrangement was also perfect. It's a somber attraction but worth seeing. Everything there made me feel very sad, and I hope there will be no more wars in the world.

The day before, a confirmation email or WhatsApp message will be sent to confirm the meeting point (the pick-up locations in the Klook system can be quite confusing, as there are two). I joined the 6 AM tour, and we basically had to queue for almost an hour to enter the concentration camp. The guide explained everything very thoroughly. It's a place where you can truly see the inhumanity. I recommend bringing a simple meal and finding a gap to eat, as the tour ends around 1 or 2 PM.

A very good tour. Our driver Matt was great, he drove safely and was always on time and always took great care of his group. The guide inside (forgot her name) was excellent with more than 20 years experience!

Such a heavy experience but everything was such an eye-opener. Seeing everything and being there was on another level of emotions and feelings that gush so suddenly.

The itinerary was changed at the last minute, just as previous reviews stated. The email said that I would receive notification of the meeting time and place the day before, but I really didn't receive the email (when I went to the service counter, they said the system had a record of sending it, but I really didn't receive it...). So I went to the meeting point at 6 AM and waited for an hour. Then, an employee from another tour company next to us came over to check on us and even helped us contact the company we booked the tour with. However, because it was too early, nothing was open yet, so we had to wait until they opened to go directly and inquire. At 10 AM, the staff at the service counter told us the time had been changed to 1 PM, but we had a flight and couldn't go, so we had to cancel. Although I don't know the final outcome yet, fortunately, both customer services said they could issue a refund. Thanks to customer service and the local service counter for their help. I hope to have another chance to visit next time.

Extremely disappointed, the tour was canceled at the last minute. I had arranged a visit to Auschwitz for July 28, 2024, at 12:30 PM, on July 19, 2024. However, on July 27, 2024, at noon, I received a notification: "Important Time Change - Please Read Carefully! This message is from your local tour operator regarding your booking for tomorrow. Due to overcrowding at the Auschwitz Museum and limited guide availability, the tour will start earlier than originally planned. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note that the meeting time has been changed to 07:05 AM." The tour, originally scheduled for noon, was changed to the morning. Since independent travel often involves many changes, I had to rearrange my original plans. However, at 6:30 PM on the same day, I received another notification: "Hello, unfortunately, we have had to cancel tomorrow's Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum tour because the museum canceled our guide booking due to high visitor numbers during the holiday period and a shortage of guides. This is beyond our control. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause." I asked if it could be rescheduled for the next day, July 29, 2024, but the reply was no. So I decided to buy tickets myself on the official website, but because the cancellation was so last minute, I couldn't even buy English guided tour tickets for the next day on the official website. Since I only had two days in Krakow, I ultimately had to book tickets for other European languages. I couldn't understand the nearly three-hour tour at all, so I could only do some research beforehand and try to understand the English on the signs myself. During these two days, only the local company office@legendarykrakow.pl expressed apologies when notifying me of the cancellation (as above); Klook did not step in to handle the situation. I am very disappointed with this incident. PS: For travelers who encounter such situations, I met other Taiwanese people that day who arrived around 12 PM and waited in line for about an hour. Fortunately, there were English slots available for walk-in visitors at 2 PM, so you can also try your luck on the spot. However, this makes the itinerary unpredictable. This is just another method for everyone's reference.

easy transport. fantastic driver. tour guide was horrible. she was rude and spoke broken English. not one person in our entire group understood anything. not only was it broken English but the words were not being annunciated to the point where each sentence was like one word and sounded like a different language. this women should not host and English tour due to this and the accent being extremely thick. not only could we not hear/learn anything but the guide wouldn’t let us stop to look at anything especially the boards with information that we wanted to read because we didn’t hear what she had said. there was no opportunity to ask questions and when someone did asks a question she got angry and said “I already told you that before”. the attitude she had, the way we were yelled at for stopping, and the lack of enthusiasm to the point where it was monotone and mundane made the experience horrible. it was an experience and an environment that we wanted to learn and better understand the history but instead there was a lack of importance and sincerity for such a prolific site. If you had relative attachment to the site due to family it would have felt incredibly disrespectful. as everything was brushed over as if we should have known every detail because she coukdnt be bothered to explain it. guide was there to be paid not to educate and it was disgusting

We were not picked up and missed the tour. We waited at 8 AM at the Holiday Inn City Center Krakow pick-up point. We waited until 8:30 AM and then went to another preferred meeting point at Plac...2, but it was the same, nobody picked us up. We are very disappointed.
