The itinerary order was completely wrong. It clearly stated going to the concentration camp first, then the salt mine, but it was completely reversed. We arrived at the concentration camp at 3 PM, and by the time we reached the railway gate, it was already dark. What were we supposed to see?! Plus, there was absolutely no time to eat during the trip, even though the scheduled itinerary showed an hour. There was none! The salt mine tour was also terrible; the guide had a very bad temper and seemed to be just reciting a script, speaking unclearly. It said "pickup included," but it was only for the outbound journey. On the way back, everyone in the car looked at each other, realizing we had to find our own way home! For such an expensive price, this quality is unacceptable. It's definitely worth writing a furious review!!!
