I booked a 3 PM tour, went to the wrong meeting point, and ended up being five minutes late, only to find the group had already left. I asked customer service if I could join the next tour, but it was fully booked, and I couldn't get a refund because the deadline had passed. So, I had to buy tickets for the Bell Tower + Cathedral on site myself, at 20 euros per person. Later, I realized that to go up the Bell Tower, you still need to buy a separate ticket. If you buy this guided tour and also want to enter the Bell Tower, it means you'd be buying the Cathedral ticket twice... Anyway, it was a costly lesson. If you're going on a guided tour, make sure to confirm the meeting point beforehand so you don't miss it and waste money.
