非常的糟糕，到現場有很多的團，完全找不到是哪一個團，集合地點標示不清楚，也沒有事前通知信件，聯絡電話打過去是機器接的不知名語言（非英文），導致完全沒有參加到團，也無法退費。大部分參加的義大利klook 團都是這樣，非常失望。已經回報給客服。
