The hotel was as clean and tidy as expected, and the room was very spacious. A pleasant surprise was the large bathroom. My room type was a living room, one bedroom (can sleep 4 people), two toilets, a large bathing area, two showerheads, and a sauna room (which was out of order). The cleaning staff and front desk colleagues were also very cooperative and friendly.

For those who love taking photos, Jinkeng Ancient Town is a must-visit! There are many picturesque spots, and it's even more beautiful near sunset. This time, we stayed at the Phoenix Hotel, and our plan included a 30-minute photography session within the garden! I'd like to commend the photographer, Ah Cheng, who was very professional, polite, and patiently taught us how to pose.

The environment is comfortable and unique, the room is spacious, and the service is excellent (especially Mr. Wang). The photography session and afternoon tea included with the room are also worth trying. I will definitely come back next time! Highly recommended!!!

This time, I chose a two-day, one-night short trip to Gankeng Ancient Town, staying in a private hot spring courtyard king room. The room was consistent with the online photos, with a classic and elegant layout, clean and tidy. The indoor private hot spring also provided disposable bathtub liners, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene. Currently, hotel check-in is handled at the front desk of Nanxiang Building. The hotel staff provided excellent and friendly service. Breakfast is also served in the lobby of Nanxiang Building; while the selection is not extensive, the taste is very good. I recommend the crispy fried dough sticks and natural soy milk. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, worth revisiting, and I recommend it to everyone.

There aren't many reviews here, but rest assured that this place is superb! The room is clean and spacious! The front desk is very helpful, polite, and informative. I've also booked the photography session; the photographer is skillful, knowing where to get good shots. The package came with afternoon tea and breakfast, both of which are equally great!
