Wai Ariki Hot Springs

Booked a 10:30am slot on Wednesday so we basically had the whole place to ourselves which was nice. Staff was kind and very helpful, exceptional service. Facilities and space were clean and very high standard. Time flew past at this place. Very relaxing experience :)

I recommend allocating three hours, including check-in, resting between activities, and showering at the end. I arrived at 8:45 AM and started walking in with the staff around 8:50 AM. I finished showering and left for my next activity at 11:30 AM. If I had known I should have factored in more time, I would have done so. Go there early in the morning like I did, and you'll pretty much have the whole place to yourself!

Incredible luxury spa with a stunning view. Modern, clean and hospitable. Clearly rivals any spa from Northern California with its amenities, friendly service, gorgeous saunas (with different temps), cold plunge, natural thermals in beautifully tiled pools, and a mud bath with clean, smooth Rotorua mud. Also includes a wonderful gift shop and coffee and snack bar. Could hang out here all day. Just sorry we didn't allot more time for our restorative bath experience.

Pricier compared to other thermal spas in the area, but well worth it 👌. Very clean environment, great customer service that is accommodating, and wonderful views.

Relaxing time i had there. from the moment you enter through the doors it was nice and relaxing. For first timers there was a tour at the beginning so you roughly know whats going on and where to go. Nice clean facilities. would go again.

I visited here because I was disappointed with the facilities and crowds at Polynesian Spa the day before. Although the price was a bit high, I was satisfied that I could have a complete rest in a quiet place for two hours.

De belles installations flambant neuves. Le "parcours" est très agréable : les douches, les saunas, les piscines chaudes et le traitement à la boue.

Un paquete muy relajante, tranquilo y reparador para mí y mi pareja. ¡Vale la pena!
