It's recommended to send a reminder on LINE the day before. On the day of our pick-up, there was an issue where the car didn't show up on time. Fortunately, we quickly asked the hotel front desk staff to call and contact them, and the shop immediately arranged for a driver to pick us up. Upon arrival, the staff came out to pay the driver. When leaving, you can also ask the shop to arrange transportation to your desired destination.
