Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff. Another staff member escorted me to the spa room. They are very friendly and accommodating. The place is aesthetic and the service is great. Highly recommended!

The Oasis Spa's pick-up service is very thoughtful. Both the reception staff and the massage therapists are of a high standard. The entire experience was very satisfying.

The price booked through Klook was more favorable, and it was very convenient to subsequently arrange the appointment time and pick-up service with Oasis Spa via email. Although there was a minor issue with the pick-up on the day, where I was mistakenly taken to the Nimman branch, the staff were friendly and immediately helped resolve the situation. The Old City branch has a beautiful environment. Before the massage, a simple body condition survey questionnaire was conducted. The one-hour hot oil massage I chose was very comfortable and relaxing. After the massage, hot tea and fruit were provided. Overall, I am very satisfied!

The environment is great, and the room is filled with a wonderful aroma that makes you feel very relaxed as soon as you enter. The masseuse's pressure was just right, and after the massage, all the fatigue was washed away. I highly recommend coming here for a relaxing massage after shopping.

Booking through Klook is much cheaper, and some items even have a special December price. Just remember that after completing your Klook booking, you need to email the store to inquire about availability.

Oasis Spa is a top-tier spa experience. I tried all three of the most famous branches in Chiang Mai. The service and environment were excellent. I will definitely choose them again next time. They offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the hotel, and booking is very convenient!

It was luxurious and the massage was excellent. There was also a pick-up service, which was very satisfying :) The drink service was good and they were friendly. I highly recommend it for those looking for a high-end massage or for couples. The garden is also incredibly beautiful, perfect for taking photos.

It's an amazing experience, one of the best in Chiang Mai. I will definitely come back again. Everything looks nice too.
