Make sure to show them the booking number/QR code before booking to ensure a seamless experience. The staff didn't book for me even after the email was sent. The masseuse was great, and the staff counter lady did her best to accommodate.

The therapist provided excellent service; the 60-minute package flew by. Unfortunately, there was noisy renovation at the Nimman shop, so they suddenly changed my booking to another Lanna shop. The email stated that transportation fees could be redeemed, but the reception said it was a Klook voucher and therefore could not be redeemed. After a brief discussion, the bill was settled, and I was fine with the arrangement. Nevertheless, the environment is better than other brands, so I will still consider them next time.

It's definitely worth experiencing the Ayurvedic massage. The driver will pick you up from your hotel in a fragrant car. Upon arrival, you'll be offered a drink and a towel, and then asked to fill out a questionnaire. You can specify the massage pressure (light or strong) and any areas you'd like to focus on at this time. The entire process is relaxing and pleasant. I will definitely revisit when I come to Chiang Mai again.

After spending the afternoon in Baan Kang Wat, we moved on to Nimmanhaemin to soak in the street atmosphere. In the evening, we enjoyed a 120-minute Lanna package (Thai massage + herbal ball + aroma oil). Then, we used the free pickup service to return to our hotel in the Old Town, which was the perfect way to end the day! As expected from a luxury spa, both the room condition and service were excellent :)

The massage was excellent and very comfortable. You can choose specific areas for the massage, adjust the pressure, and indicate areas to avoid. The environment is pleasant. Drinks and fruit are provided before and after the massage.

We both enjoyed the Oasis King and Oasis Queen treatments. They felt professional, high-standard, and were super enjoyable! Buying through Klook gave us nearly half price off, which is great!

The Nimman branch is only a 3-minute walk from One Nimman, making it a convenient location. The massage therapists are highly skilled, and I would definitely want to experience it again!
