Ik heb een geweldige dagtrip naar Batam gehad na bijna tien jaar niet te zijn geweest, en het was het echt waard! Alles was van begin tot eind goed georganiseerd. Onze gids was vriendelijk, behulpzaam en zorgde ervoor dat we de hele dag een geweldige ervaring hadden. De zeevruchtenlunch was absoluut heerlijk – de zeevruchten waren ongelooflijk vers en vol van smaak. We genoten ook van spannende avontuurlijke activiteiten, en de ontspannende massage aan het einde van de dag was de perfecte manier om tot rust te komen. Al met al was het een memorabele reis vol plezier, heerlijk eten en uitstekende gastvrijheid. Ik raad deze ervaring ten zeerste aan aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een korte vakantie naar Batam. Ik kan niet wachten om weer te gaan!

Johni was een geweldige gids! Hij is supervriendelijk en aardig en zorgde ervoor dat ik de hele tijd een goede ervaring had. Hij liet me ook een moskee zien die niet in de reisroute stond, omdat ik ernaar vroeg en we extra tijd hadden. Bedankt voor de tour, het was geweldig en ik zou Indonesië graag nog eens bezoeken!

I am solo female traveler and I am so glad to get female tour guide. Ms Enny is knowledgeable, friendly and cheerful. I really recommend this tour for solo female traveler, the price is worth it. Lunch is included and it was delicious. I can’t thank Miss Enny enough for showing me Batam. Memorable trip, thank you so much!

comfortable hotel with great location to grand Batam mall, BCS mall and various massages and salons area. many food options nearby too. sound proofing could be better but not too big of an issue. overall, great stay with a good variety of hotel breakfast too, will come back

our room looks like old due to the door of the toilet cannot be closed properly, the sliding door going to the pool so hard to close. cleanliness also could improve. it looks like the bed did not change the mattress and duvet. but the staff are very accommodating.

hotel location: a 15 minute distance to Nagoya, accessible since it's located on main road
breakfast: a good spread of local and international food
service: great staff, they were all warm and friendly
cleanliness: room was really clean and larger than we expected
