It was a great stay at Batam View! Great food at Wangi Melati Cafe and breakfast buffet was really worth it. Would definitely come back to try out the activities :) Shuttle bus from Nongsapura Ferry Terminal was very convenient too! Highly recommended!!

I would say it was TERRIFIC because theres no such thing as perfect lol. Everything was so satisfying. The staffs were nice, kind, and polite. Special thanks to Dara (reception) and Vina at the restaurant (if not wrong - I am so sorry I frgt her name). I honestly promised her to give a review via the QR code provided by her. She was wearing hijab at the time. Please let these two particular staffs know that they provided wonderful service! The loc of the hotel was superb! Just the opposite of old Mall and few meters from the new mall : GRAND BATAM MALL. The breakfast was a champion! With the price offered, it was totally worth every penny! I am very happy that you have INDONESIAN FOODS in the buffet breakfast like LOPIS, TAHU CRISPY, BUBUR SUMSUM, and even MANISAN BUAH😍 The room was spacious and the bathroom was super clean! I literally love almost everything about the hotel. Thank you! Wouldnt mind coming back next time❤️

We stayed at Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay Batam for 4 nights and had an enjoyable experience overall. The hotel is in a very convenient location, especially for those arriving by ferry, with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and massage centres nearby.
The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a family stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to assist. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day.
The facilities were well maintained, although some areas could benefit from a slight refresh. Overall, it is a good hotel that offers value for money and is suitable for families, couples, and short getaways.
We had a pleasant stay and would consider returning on our next trip to Batam.
