We had an amazing time exploring Batam in just one day! Even the weather is not that good, the itinerary was well-planned, and we got to visit beautiful spots like the Barelang Bridge, different Mosque and enjoy a delicious seafood lunch. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
I would especially like to give a big shoutout and thank you to our tour guide, Mr. Gunawan. He was very friendly, approachable, and had great knowledge about the places we visited. He made sure we were comfortable, assisted us with everything we needed, and even shared interesting stories along the way. Because of his help and warm hospitality, our trip became even more memorable.

I am solo female traveler and I am so glad to get female tour guide. Ms Enny is knowledgeable, friendly and cheerful. I really recommend this tour for solo female traveler, the price is worth it. Lunch is included and it was delicious. I can’t thank Miss Enny enough for showing me Batam. Memorable trip, thank you so much!

Nice location, easy to find. Opted for aromatherapy. Got to pick the essential oil. It was a full body massage. Very professional masseuse. Was served ginger tea before and after massage.

I had a wonderful 6 hrs top to toe self pampering session with my therapist Pungky and Rosy. I even had a lunch break in between treatment at their in house cafe. Food was delicious kudos to the Chef. Ginger tea and tempe chips served were also good. Thank you I will definitely return :)

It is my second time visited Amartha Spa and massage. The place was really good, clean and comfortable. The receptionist (Fadillah) was proactive and good on following up before the treatment day and the day itself. The Jamu also very nice, my favourite one is Kunyit asem (the price at IDR 88,000). The therapist was so so for this visit, but the (previous) different one therapist was best (I visited before, in 2025). The reflexology duration is only 50 minutes (supposed to 60 minutes) and I also booked Amartha massage and takes 75 minutes (supposed to 90 minutes). I will comeback again to this spa and request for the therapist that handle me in 2025 in the next visit.

Great stay overall. The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout our visit. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. The hotel was also very clean and well maintained. Had a really pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.
