I had a wonderful one-day trip to Batam after not visiting for almost a decade, and it was truly worth it! Everything was well organized from start to finish. Our tour guide was friendly, accommodating, and made sure we had a great experience throughout the day.
The seafood lunch was absolutely delicious—the seafood was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. We also enjoyed exciting adventure activities, and the relaxing massage at the end of the day was the perfect way to unwind.
Overall, it was a memorable trip filled with fun, great food, and excellent hospitality. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a short getaway to Batam. I can't wait to visit again!

Johni was a great guide! He's super friendly and nice and made sure I was having a good experience the whole time. He also showed me a mosque that wasn't in the itinerary because I asked and we had extra time. Thanks for the tour, it was amazing and I'd love to visit Indonesia again!!

I am solo female traveler and I am so glad to get female tour guide. Ms Enny is knowledgeable, friendly and cheerful. I really recommend this tour for solo female traveler, the price is worth it. Lunch is included and it was delicious. I can’t thank Miss Enny enough for showing me Batam. Memorable trip, thank you so much!

comfortable hotel with great location to grand Batam mall, BCS mall and various massages and salons area. many food options nearby too. sound proofing could be better but not too big of an issue. overall, great stay with a good variety of hotel breakfast too, will come back

our room looks like old due to the door of the toilet cannot be closed properly, the sliding door going to the pool so hard to close. cleanliness also could improve. it looks like the bed did not change the mattress and duvet. but the staff are very accommodating.

hotel location: a 15 minute distance to Nagoya, accessible since it's located on main road
breakfast: a good spread of local and international food
service: great staff, they were all warm and friendly
cleanliness: room was really clean and larger than we expected
