We arrived at their hotel, only 1 staff was on duty per shift. Not helping with luggage or even offer to carry atleast 😔🥴 but price is cheaper for a big room, clean towels like never use and alot of toiletries provided. Location is good because it’s quiet at night compared to other area in district 1 with loud noises & music.

The hotel is situated near the Opera House and other main tourist spots in HCMC, providing easy access to key attractions in the city. We really appreciate its proximity to various tourist spots, making it a convenient base for our own exploration. Everything is walkable around HCM. We also love the rooms as it is large, clean, and well-maintained. We also got the room with a view of the Mekong River, luckily we experience a drone show at night. the slide and front side was in construction :( and the ramp going up was too steep it was a bit dangerous esp when raining but the staff was very axcommodating. it had a good location the other road was k-town had a lot of restos and close to branches to diff known roasters if you are a coffee lover! can go for a 10-15 min walk towards the center near opera house, new playground so it was a good location

Super cosy room with no windows with all necessities included. Didn’t get the breakfast bundle, went out and around for food instead. Location is great! Staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Overall an extremely pleasant stay.
