The place is homey. We had a good sleep and felt safe on the entire stay. The receptionist who assist us when we get to the hotel was very friendly. And accommodate our request to stay on one room despite booking an extra one person room. All four of us stayed in the bigger room. 🥰
service: It was superb! 💕
transport access: It was easy to book a grab rode from and to the hotel.
hotel location: walking distance to near coffee shops, restaurants and atm machines.

Rating based on the quality considering the price. best things about this hotel are: 1) Convenience of it, it’s located in district 1 (cheese coffee just round the corner, and I rly loved the nail salon just 2 stalls away, ben thanh market & many other good food & clothes shop within 10-20mins walk). 2) Cozy, comfortable room & ventilation, we had one of the best sleep ever here! our room was downgraded due to technical issues but they reimbursed us and the add-on bed was soft too. 3) clean towels /mattress sheets. 4) Breakfast was not extraordinary but pretty decent! enjoyed the omelette, banh mi, lime drink. 5) service was pretty good! impressed by the extra mile to pack breakfast for us when we had to leave v early for our activity. To improve: 1) more floor mats because the shower is right beside the toilet bowl with no segregation, gets wet after bath. 2) someone to help with luggage for flight of narrow stairs up to conceige. 3) small bottles of mineral water not really enough

It’s cheap and at the same time it’s worth the money you paid with. They accomodate customers on time especially when we need something they act on it right away for example when we request another bath towel, they deliver it asap to our room. But one thing i don’t like is that there’s a time that the water’s running slow and it took like 30mins for you to wait and they have no hot water. All in all, still worth the money.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip. The location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it comfortable to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist with our requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options, and the overall facilities were excellent. We truly enjoyed our experience and felt that the hotel provided great value for money. Highly recommended for travelers visiting the area.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended Stay at Nicecy Hotel!
Had such a great experience staying at Nicecy Hotel! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Peter, who was especially accommodating and always ready to assist us. He truly made our stay much easier and more enjoyable! 😊
Another thing I loved is that the hotel also offers spa and massage services. The masseuse was great, and the massage was surprisingly relaxing and professional for such an affordable price! 💆♀️
hotel location: 100/100

The hotel was great. They provide bottled water every day, and you can request daily room cleaning. It’s also located in a quiet area while still being close to many tourist spots, which made the stay convenient and relaxing.

We had a great stay overall. The staff were very kind and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the start. There was a minor issue with fluctuating lights in the room, but it did not greatly affect our experience. What truly stood out was Wendy from the staff—she went above and beyond by assisting us with our transfer and helping us find another place to stay. Her support and genuine care made a big difference. Thank you for the excellent service!

The rooms are clean and well-maintained. However, the breakfast options could use some improvement. During our stay, the menu only rotated between two choices, so we ended up going out for breakfast to enjoy more variety. Nonetheless, The camote fries was soo good!

More about Ho Chi Minh hotels
What staying in Ho Chi Minh City feels like
Staying in Ho Chi Minh City ranges from very budget-friendly to distinctly upscale: the top hotel classes run roughly 5.5 times higher than the most affordable options, so there’s real room to trade comfort for cost. The best balance for value-minded travellers sits in the premium tier, which tends to offer the sweet spot between price and quality.
How the hotel classes compare and who they suit
Economy rooms are the most affordable step — a practical choice if your priority is keeping accommodation costs low — while standard rooms sit just above them and work well for straightforward, no-frills stays. The premium tier is the standout value and represents the biggest step before moving into the luxury bracket; it’s where many travellers find the best blend of comfort and price. Luxury rooms are a considerably larger jump up from premium and suit travellers aiming for a more indulgent stay.
When travellers book and which months to target
Travellers typically lock a room about three weeks ahead, and some book earlier for greater certainty. Nights are typically cheapest in 09 and most expensive in 06, so a budget-led trip is best aimed at 09 when rates are noticeably lower than in the priciest month.
