Hilton Saigon is a great hotel with excellent service and a very smooth check-in. I loved the modern, impressive room, the comfortable bed and pillows, the sit-down shower, motorized curtains, and the beautiful river view. There was plenty of space for luggage and lots of hangers, plus an extra sitting area with its own TV where my family could relax. The desk was just large enough for my laptop and an extra screen, with convenient power connections, and the internet delivered about 25–30 Mbps. Room service was excellent. The pizza was great and the burger was okay. I also appreciated the nightly fruit and snacks and the turndown service. The one drawback was the built-in TVs. There was no accessible HDMI connection for my own streaming device, and the English-language channel selection was very limited, mostly BBC, so plan on using YouTube or other available streaming options. I did not try the hotel restaurants, although they looked good. The area is excellent and walkable, with several nearby dining options, though I recommend choosing outside restaurants carefully. The valet and every staff member I encountered were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast buffet featured an impressive variety of dishes, all of which were of excellent quality. During our three-night stay, there was plenty of variety each morning, so we never grew tired of it.

Great place!

High quality with good location

I had an exceptional stay at Hilton Saigon—truly one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was nothing short of world-class. Every member of staff I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome and cared for. A special mention goes to Cōng at the front lobby, who set the tone from the very beginning. Professional, gracious, and incredibly helpful, Cōng went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. That said, the excellence didn’t stop there—the entire team operates at an impressively high standard. Housekeeping, concierge, dining staff—everyone delivered with consistency and pride. What stood out most was the sense that the staff weren’t just doing their jobs—they were fully invested in creating a great experience. It felt seamless, thoughtful, and polished at every touchpoint. Hilton Saigon has clearly built a culture of service that’s both refined and genuinely human. I wouldn’t hesitate to return, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-tier hospitality.

Very nice

The food wasn't that great, especially when it comes to local food. For a 5 stars hotel, it was not well maintained. There was mildew everywhere in the shower. This is horrific for a hotel that is less than 2 years old. The room service staff are incompetent and not well-trained. It appears the rooms are cleaned according to local standard. When I checked in, they didn't even vacuum or mop the floor. Everything feels so packed in this hotel due to the small real-estate size. After staying at the Sheraton for 4 nights, I've decided to try to see if there is something better in the same vicinity so I booked the Hilton Saigon for 4 nights. To my disappointment, it was more expensive and can't match up to the Sheraton standard. I would definitely not come back to the Hilton Saigon. Other than the view, the Hilton has nothing to offfer that can beat the Sheraton.

Everything was good !

All staff we met on site was friendly, smiley, good mannered, and welcoming. Breakfast buffet had reasonable amount of selections. Food quality was great. Set Lunch and dinner was delicious. Preferred if menu selections could be more. Special recognitions are given to 10th floor breakfast buffet waitor Son and 9th floor Receptionist Vy for their attentiveness, caring for details.

Clean room, attentive staff
