One of our top choices for affordable hotels in Johor that we frequent! Clean room, but the only downside is that there are a lot of renovations and traffic around it so it might be noisy at night.

The hotel staff was very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. Check in was not on level 1 lobby. Hotel room was very clean when we check in and spacious for toddler to play.

We had a great stay experience at Z hotel. receptionist was warm and friendly. We were able check-in in advance and leave our belongings at the hotel. the room and toilet was clean and spacious, it would be nice to have a full length mirror near the door.

Overall, we are happy with our stay in Capri. The room is clean, comfortable and even has a minikitchen (got microwave). One comment is that the bathroom took long time to dry.

We have been staying at the hotel many times whenever we go to KSL. Love it for its convenient location next to the mall as we can shop to our hearts’ content. The room is generally clean. It’s value for money. Highly recommended.

overall the experience was great cos of the staff and the manager. we wanted to take the shuttle to mid valley but somehow the driver could not be contacted so the manager actually booked a free ride for us to mid valley! so nice of him! facilities can be improved especially the shower area as the water doesn't seem to be going down initially and it's quite slow. Otherwise the room is big and it has Netflix so we still had a great stay at trove! definitely will be back again :)
