very thoughtful staff and took note on my remark that it is my husband burthday on the day we arrive. they prepare a small cake and send it up to us with surprise. definitely will come stay here again. room are clean and neat.

Hotel location is excellent as near to KSL mall. Male counter staff are friendly and helpful. Female staff is rude and walk away when customers are approaching, attitude should improve as this hotel is international brand.

Hotel is short walking distance to KSL shopping mall. Hotel is clean and nice, the mattress is sealy brand which is very comfortable. staff is friendly and helpful.

Good living environment. Quiet with nice scenery. Just a minute walk to KSL mall & Holiday Viila. Novotel room is clean and lovely place to relax. Personal comment is no proper writing desk to do work if it is a work station. Over all I like the place very much for holidays staycation.

Good location but the slope to the mall is steep for wheelchair users. Modern looking hotel with well appointed rooms. Vibrant decor and nice sofa in room. Uncle Dean at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. He makes guests feel welcomed and at ease.

Good location though the slope to the mall is steep for wheelchair users. Really nice hotel. Modern looking with well appointed rooms. Uncle Dean who is at the front desk is most welcoming and helpful. He is a true credit to the hospitality industry and a worthy ambassador of the hotel. The water pressure in the shower could disappear stronger and hopefully something can be done about the flies getting into the premises.

The hotel was very clean and felt brand new. I booked the family room, and it was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. Everything was well-maintained, and the room was spotless. The overall experience was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for families!
