comfortable and convenient stay for the whole family, especially with kids. We loved the direct connection to the mall, which offered plenty of great amenities, dining options, and entertainment. Chose the Urban King room. Super clean rooms, personalised greeting by TV which makes you feel welcomed and special like a VIP. Toilets were very clean and all toiletries were provided. Most importantly, free breakfast included! There are too many positives about this hotel, and I cannot find any negatives. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!
