Service: Adequately good. Room gets serviced well. When informed regarding noisy next-door neighbour, the staff apologised and attended to the issue as soon as possible. Although they informed to quiet down, our neighbour apparently didn't really quiet down, typical China tourists. Location: Great. Near to major shopping malls and eateries. Parking: Plenty available for free of charge (has to validate your card prior exit). Atmosphere: Would say the ambience is outdated, with swimming pool area having "spooky" ambience. But I heard renovation is slowly being carried out. Room: Toiletries are adequately provided, with most essential toiletries available. Room is plenty spacious and comfortable with cool air-conditioning. Bathroom: Bathroom floor constantly gets wet floor for unknown reason, and always gets our carpet soaked, even when we didn't shower, likely due to leaking toilet or something. Hairdryer is available for use in bathroom.

This hotel offers excellent value for the price. Its prime location provides easy access to transportation options, making exploration incredibly convenient. Navigating the city from here is a breeze, and you'll find yourself saving both time and money on travel. For a comfortable stay that won't break the bank, this establishment is a good choice. Breakfast is okay but for the price of 20MYR it is worth it. Near KSL mall around 2km or less. there are restaurants, spa/massage, convenient store nearby. There is also an indoor pool.
