Thank you so much Mr Bagus for driving us around and planning our itinerary! Mr Bagus is great with English and is chatty and funny. He also has vast knowledge to provide great insights into the culture and provides great recommendations and places to visit in Indonesia. We were sadden by the news that forest fire closed Mt Ijen. The tour agency checked with us before changing our itinerary to the Sewu waterfalls. We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time on this trip! Hope to come back again soon to visit Ijen! Definitely booking with them again! You know you are in good hands when you meet Mr Bagus. Appreciate the tour agency for the well-planned itinerary. Just a heads up the wet shoe rental at sewu is 30k and restrooms are available for 5k. Upgrade to single room will be at 375k.

अपनी पहली एकल यात्रा के रूप में, मैं डरी हुई और संशय में थी। कार्यक्रम पैकेज के समान ही था, कुछ बदलावों के साथ। पहला दिन: तुम्पाक सेवु ड्राइवर एंडिका समय के पाबंद और अच्छे थे। गाइड विडोडो मददगार और अच्छे फोटोग्राफर थे! जब मुझे ऊपर चढ़ने में दिक्कत हुई तो वे वहीं रुके रहे। हम जमीला एच'स्टे में रुके, जो शहर से दूर था। कमरा साउंडप्रूफ नहीं था और साझा शौचालय छोटा था। लेकिन रिसेप्शनिस्ट बहुत मददगार थे। दूसरा दिन: सेरुनी व्यूप्वाइंट ड्राइवर फ्रैंकी मिलनसार थे। हमने सेरुनी वीपी के पास एक जीप ली और हमारे पास कोई गाइड नहीं था, लेकिन सब कुछ सुचारू रूप से चला। कावाह इजेन जाने से पहले नाश्ता तैयार था। तीसरा दिन: कावाह इजेन ब्रोमो से लंबी यात्रा के बावजूद हमारे ड्राइवर कुशल थे। हादी होमस्टे बेहतर सुविधाओं के साथ विशाल था। रात 12:30 बजे, हमने चढ़ाई शुरू की। हमारे गाइड इकबाल बहुत मददगार थे। यह सबसे कठिन चढ़ाई थी, लेकिन उन्होंने हमें बिना दबाव डाले नीली आग और झील देखने के लिए ले गए। हमने अपनी गति से यात्रा की और सफल रहे! नीचे जाते समय, मैंने 500k में "लेम्बोर्गिनी" ली—हर पैसे के लायक! सुझाव: चढ़ाई से पहले स्ट्रेचिंग और वार्म अप करें!

यह एक बहुत ही सुखद यात्रा थी। हरि नाम के ड्राइवर ने हमें अच्छे स्थानों के बारे में बताया और हमारी बहुत सारी तस्वीरें भी खींचीं!

We booked a package with JVTO via Klook for our 3D2N adventure trip. Shoutout to Fredy and Fauzi for always accommodating to us; from entertaining our nonsense/requests and also for always making us break into laughter with their fresh set of jokes. We are really grateful and thankful to have them as our guide and driver. They make this trip a really stress- free, enjoyable and a memorable one. We had a wonderful experience on this tour. Our driver, Dosi, picked us up from the airport and we had the same vehicle throughout the entire trip, which made everything very smooth and convenient. We requested 2 nights at Baobab and 2 nights at Airtotel, which worked out perfectly. The arrangement was especially suitable for seniors with mobility issues, as it minimised movement and hassle. Dosi also brought us around for food and attractions, and one highlight was being able to drive through the safari without needing to change vehicles. The itinerary was very flexible. We could sleep in, eat early, and adjust plans easily. Overall, it was a smooth, enjoyable, and relaxed trip. Strongly recommended!

transport options: Our driver Dosi was very friendly and made our transfer to each location very smooth. itinerary: Prepare for irregular sleeping hours as we needed to wake up at 12am to drive to the location for sunrise. But it was worth it. tour guide: Each attraction had its guide. Shout out to our waterfall guide, Edi. He went above and beyond by constantly helping us take instagrammable photos and videos even though we didn't ask. At the end of the attraction, he even helped us to compile it into a ready to post video and sent us all 100+ photos and videos. attractions: Not for the faint of heart. There were steep hikes involved and was more adventurous than we had expected. Definitely watch some YouTube vlogs to get a sense of the fitness level required. accomodation options: Fluctuating quality. One of them was amazing as it was a business hotel. The other 2 had a good outside view of nature but also had bugs (which probably can't be helped since it's near nature)

one of the best tours we’ve ever had! our guide, friesko, was super friendly and knowledgeable. he made our experience a pleasant one. easy to talk and make jokes with. would definitely find him again if we ever visit bromo again! the sunrise view point was beautiful and cold, and the hike up to the crater was fun.

if you have one whole extra day in Surabaya, this is the best package. we went with 4 team member (including me) and the tour guide, Andrea pickup and drop us from our hotel. Andrea also very knowledgeable on history and local issue so its not just a visit but we also learn about Mount Bromo. I highly recommend this package... no wonder its a Klook choice
