Tours de Mount Bromo

Moltes gràcies, senyor Bagus, per portar-nos i planificar el nostre itinerari! El senyor Bagus parla molt bé anglès i és xerraire i divertit. També té un vast coneixement per oferir grans perspectives sobre la cultura i proporciona excel·lents recomanacions i llocs per visitar a Indonèsia. Ens va entristir la notícia que l'incendi forestal va tancar el mont Ijen. L'agència de viatges ens va consultar abans de canviar el nostre itinerari a les cascades de Sewu. Ens ho vam passar molt bé i vam gaudir molt d'aquest viatge! Esperem tornar aviat per visitar Ijen! Sens dubte, tornarem a reservar amb ells! Saps que estàs en bones mans quan coneixes el senyor Bagus. Agraïm a l'agència de viatges l'itinerari tan ben planificat. Només un avís: el lloguer de sabates per a l'aigua a Sewu és de 30k i els lavabos estan disponibles per 5k. L'actualització a habitació individual serà de 375k.

As my first solo trip,I was scared and doubtfull. The schedule somehow similar to the package,with some changes. Day 1: Tumpak Sewu Driver Andika was punctual and nice.Guide Widodo was helpful and good photographer!He stayed when I struggled climbing up. We stayed at Jamilah H’stay,far from town.The room wasn’t soundproof and the shared toilet was small. But the receptionist was very helpful. Day 2: Seruni Viewpoint Driver Frankie was friendly.We took a jeep near Seruni VP and had no guide, but everything went smoothly.Breakfast was prepared before continue to Kawah Ijen. Day 3: Kawah Ijen Our driver was skillful despite the long journey from Bromo.Hadi Homestay was spacious with better facilities.At 12:30 AM, we started the hike.Our guide Iqbal,was very helpful.Toughest hike,but he brought us to see the blue fire and lake without pressuring.We followed our own pace and made it! Going down,I took the “Lamborghini” for 500k—worth every penny! Tips: Stretch and warm up before hiking!

Va ser un viatge molt agradable. El conductor, Hari, va ser molt amable, ens va ensenyar bons llocs i ens va fer moltes fotos!

We booked a package with JVTO via Klook for our 3D2N adventure trip. Shoutout to Fredy and Fauzi for always accommodating to us; from entertaining our nonsense/requests and also for always making us break into laughter with their fresh set of jokes. We are really grateful and thankful to have them as our guide and driver. They make this trip a really stress- free, enjoyable and a memorable one. We would like to also express our biggest appreciation for always being patient with us especially during the hike. May God bless yall!🤍

Opcions de transport: El nostre conductor Dosi va ser molt amable i va fer que el nostre trasllat a cada lloc fos molt fluid. Itinerari: Prepareu-vos per a hores de son irregulars, ja que havíem de despertar-nos a les 12 de la nit per anar al lloc per veure la sortida del sol. Però va valdre la pena. Guia turístic: Cada atracció tenia el seu guia. Un agraïment especial al nostre guia de la cascada, Edi. Va anar més enllà del que s'esperava, ajudant-nos constantment a fer fotos i vídeos dignes d'Instagram, tot i que no ho vam demanar. Al final de l'atracció, fins i tot ens va ajudar a compilar-ho en un vídeo llest per publicar i ens va enviar més de 100 fotos i vídeos. Atraccions: No aptes per a persones amb poca resistència. Hi havia caminades empinades i va ser més aventurer del que havíem esperat. Definitivament, mireu alguns vlogs de YouTube per fer-vos una idea del nivell de forma física requerit. Opcions d'allotjament: Qualitat fluctuant. Un d'ells era increïble, ja que era un hotel de negocis. Els altres 2 tenien una bona vista exterior de la natura, però també tenien insectes (cosa que probablement no es pot evitar, ja que està a prop de la natura).

Itinerary : Did the 3D2N Tour to Tumpak Sewu, Ijen and Mt Bromo. It did felt quite rush as we were up very early everyday. But overall, it was planned well and we did get to rest in the car between our stops. The team was also very flexible with the itinerary. As I travelled during the wildfire that was happening at Mt Bromo, the guide switched around our Mt Bromo hike to our last day instead in hopes that the wildfire would be extinguished by then. Unfortunately, we were still not able to climb Mt Bromo and the team were happy to refund us part of the trip. But we still went ahead and just climbed teh sunrise viewpoint instead. Guide: My guide, Laz was very approchable, helpful and understanding. I was travelling with my sister and mum, both who does not have much experience to hiking. But Laz was patient and adapted to our pace during the hikes. He made sure our trip was smooth and enjoyable throughout. Also a shout-out to the driver who was very patient and helpful as well.

Un dels millors tours que hem fet mai! El nostre guia, Friesko, va ser super amable i ben informat. Va fer que la nostra experiència fos molt agradable. Fàcil de parlar i fer bromes amb ell. Sens dubte el buscaríem de nou si tornem a visitar Bromo! El punt de vista de la sortida del sol era bonic i fred, i la pujada al cràter va ser divertida.

if you have one whole extra day in Surabaya, this is the best package. we went with 4 team member (including me) and the tour guide, Andrea pickup and drop us from our hotel. Andrea also very knowledgeable on history and local issue so its not just a visit but we also learn about Mount Bromo. I highly recommend this package... no wonder its a Klook choice

Our three-day, two-night East Java volcano tour truly exceeded our family's expectations! We learned after booking that the Ijen crater was closed. The travel agency not only promptly informed us but also actively helped us adjust our itinerary, even adding the Madakaripura Waterfall, which turned out to be the most surprising and memorable part of our trip. The three-day, two-night private tour was absolutely worth it! We had a dedicated guide and driver with us the entire time. Our guide, Jiaxin, is a native Indonesian but speaks fluent Chinese, so communication was seamless. Along the way, he shared many stories about the volcanoes, culture, and local life, and he also took excellent care of our family of four. During the trip, my husband, who suffers from severe sleep apnea, had a very strong reaction to the high altitude. Jiaxin meticulously looked after him, especially during the climb up Mount Ijen, where he accompanied and supported him almost the entire way. This allowed me to focus on caring for our two children without having to juggle responsibilities between family members. His attentiveness and sense of responsibility truly touched us. (And we even saw the beautiful artificial blue fire at the volcano!) Throughout the journey, Jiaxin also adjusted the pace according to our family's condition, arranging timely breaks, helping us take photos, and recommending local delicacies, making the entire trip very relaxed and comfortable. At Mount Bromo, when we were delayed and missed breakfast, he quietly arranged for the hotel to save meal boxes for us, so we had food waiting as soon as we returned to the hotel – truly thoughtful. I must also commend our driver, Agus Botak. Every day involved long drives of over four hours, often on winding mountain roads in East Java, and sometimes even starting in the early morning. Yet, he was always energetic and drove smoothly, allowing us to rest comfortably in the car. For families traveling with children, a safe and reliable driver is incredibly important. What touched us most was that they didn't treat this job as a routine task; they genuinely cared for every traveler. These three days brought us not only beautiful scenery but also heartwarming human connection. This was the best travel experience I've had in Southeast Asia to date, which is why I'm writing this review so earnestly, hoping it can serve as a reference for others. From the travel agency's arrangements and the guide's professionalism to the driver's attentiveness, they left me with a wonderful impression of Indonesia. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I also want to add that the cost of this private tour includes one meal, local guides for Madakaripura Waterfall and Ijen Volcano, all entrance fees, and necessary equipment, so there's no need to worry about additional expenses – it's truly worth it! ❤️
