Thank you so much Mr Bagus for driving us around and planning our itinerary! Mr Bagus is great with English and is chatty and funny. He also has vast knowledge to provide great insights into the culture and provides great recommendations and places to visit in Indonesia. We were sadden by the news that forest fire closed Mt Ijen. The tour agency checked with us before changing our itinerary to the Sewu waterfalls. We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time on this trip! Hope to come back again soon to visit Ijen! Definitely booking with them again! You know you are in good hands when you meet Mr Bagus. Appreciate the tour agency for the well-planned itinerary. Just a heads up the wet shoe rental at sewu is 30k and restrooms are available for 5k. Upgrade to single room will be at 375k.

Тъй като това беше първото ми самостоятелно пътуване, бях уплашена и изпълнена със съмнения. Програмата беше донякъде сходна с пакета, с някои промени. Ден 1: Тумпак Севу Шофьорът Андика беше точен и любезен. Екскурзоводът Уидодо беше услужлив и добър фотограф! Той остана с мен, когато се затруднявах с изкачването. Отседнахме в Jamilah H’stay, далеч от града. Стаята не беше шумоизолирана, а общата тоалетна беше малка. Но рецепционистът беше много услужлив. Ден 2: Гледка Серони Шофьорът Франки беше приятелски настроен. Взехме джип близо до Seruni VP и нямахме екскурзовод, но всичко мина гладко. Закуската беше приготвена, преди да продължим към Кавах Иджен. Ден 3: Кавах Иджен Нашият шофьор беше умел, въпреки дългото пътуване от Бромо. Hadi Homestay беше просторен с по-добри удобства. В 00:30 ч. започнахме прехода. Нашият екскурзовод Икбал беше много услужлив. Най-трудното изкачване, но той ни заведе да видим синия огън и езерото, без да ни притиска. Следвахме собственото си темпо и успяхме! На слизане взех „Ламборгини“ за 500 хиляди – струваше си всяка стотинка! Съвети: Разтегнете се и загрейте преди похода!

Беше много приятно пътуване. Шофьорът на име Хари любезно ни показа добри места и направи много снимки!

We booked a package with JVTO via Klook for our 3D2N adventure trip. Shoutout to Fredy and Fauzi for always accommodating to us; from entertaining our nonsense/requests and also for always making us break into laughter with their fresh set of jokes. We are really grateful and thankful to have them as our guide and driver. They make this trip a really stress- free, enjoyable and a memorable one. Itinerary : Did the 3D2N Tour to Tumpak Sewu, Ijen and Mt Bromo. It did felt quite rush as we were up very early everyday. But overall, it was planned well and we did get to rest in the car between our stops. The team was also very flexible with the itinerary. As I travelled during the wildfire that was happening at Mt Bromo, the guide switched around our Mt Bromo hike to our last day instead in hopes that the wildfire would be extinguished by then. Unfortunately, we were still not able to climb Mt Bromo and the team were happy to refund us part of the trip. But we still went ahead and just climbed teh sunrise viewpoint instead. Guide: My guide, Laz was very approchable, helpful and understanding. I was travelling with my sister and mum, both who does not have much experience to hiking. But Laz was patient and adapted to our pace during the hikes. He made sure our trip was smooth and enjoyable throughout. Also a shout-out to the driver who was very patient and helpful as well.

Лесно се разговаряше и шегуваше с него. Определено бихме го потърсили отново, ако някога посетим Бромо пак! Гледката от мястото за изгрев беше красива и студена, а изкачването до кратера беше забавно.

Our three-day, two-night East Java volcano tour truly exceeded our family's expectations! We learned after booking that the Ijen crater was closed. The travel agency not only promptly informed us but also actively helped us adjust our itinerary, even adding the Madakaripura Waterfall, which turned out to be the most surprising and memorable part of our trip. The three-day, two-night private tour was absolutely worth it! We had a dedicated guide and driver with us the entire time. Our guide, Jiaxin, is a native Indonesian but speaks fluent Chinese, so communication was seamless. Along the way, he shared many stories about the volcanoes, culture, and local life, and he also took excellent care of our family of four. During the trip, my husband, who suffers from severe sleep apnea, had a very strong reaction to the high altitude. Jiaxin meticulously looked after him, especially during the climb up Mount Ijen, where he accompanied and supported him almost the entire way. This allowed me to focus on caring for our two children without having to juggle responsibilities between family members. His attentiveness and sense of responsibility truly touched us. (And we even saw the beautiful artificial blue fire at the volcano!) Throughout the journey, Jiaxin also adjusted the pace according to our family's condition, arranging timely breaks, helping us take photos, and recommending local delicacies, making the entire trip very relaxed and comfortable. At Mount Bromo, when we were delayed and missed breakfast, he quietly arranged for the hotel to save meal boxes for us, so we had food waiting as soon as we returned to the hotel – truly thoughtful. I must also commend our driver, Agus Botak. Every day involved long drives of over four hours, often on winding mountain roads in East Java, and sometimes even starting in the early morning. Yet, he was always energetic and drove smoothly, allowing us to rest comfortably in the car. For families traveling with children, a safe and reliable driver is incredibly important. What touched us most was that they didn't treat this job as a routine task; they genuinely cared for every traveler. These three days brought us not only beautiful scenery but also heartwarming human connection. This was the best travel experience I've had in Southeast Asia to date, which is why I'm writing this review so earnestly, hoping it can serve as a reference for others. From the travel agency's arrangements and the guide's professionalism to the driver's attentiveness, they left me with a wonderful impression of Indonesia. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I also want to add that the cost of this private tour includes one meal, local guides for Madakaripura Waterfall and Ijen Volcano, all entrance fees, and necessary equipment, so there's no need to worry about additional expenses – it's truly worth it! ❤️

if you have one whole extra day in Surabaya, this is the best package. we went with 4 team member (including me) and the tour guide, Andrea pickup and drop us from our hotel. Andrea also very knowledgeable on history and local issue so its not just a visit but we also learn about Mount Bromo. I highly recommend this package... no wonder its a Klook choice
