Thank you so much Mr Bagus for driving us around and planning our itinerary! Mr Bagus is great with English and is chatty and funny. He also has vast knowledge to provide great insights into the culture and provides great recommendations and places to visit in Indonesia. We were sadden by the news that forest fire closed Mt Ijen. The tour agency checked with us before changing our itinerary to the Sewu waterfalls. We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time on this trip! Hope to come back again soon to visit Ijen! Definitely booking with them again! You know you are in good hands when you meet Mr Bagus. Appreciate the tour agency for the well-planned itinerary. Just a heads up the wet shoe rental at sewu is 30k and restrooms are available for 5k. Upgrade to single room will be at 375k.

As my first solo trip,I was scared and doubtfull. The schedule somehow similar to the package,with some changes. Day 1: Tumpak Sewu Driver Andika was punctual and nice.Guide Widodo was helpful and good photographer!He stayed when I struggled climbing up. We stayed at Jamilah H’stay,far from town.The room wasn’t soundproof and the shared toilet was small. But the receptionist was very helpful. Day 2: Seruni Viewpoint Driver Frankie was friendly.We took a jeep near Seruni VP and had no guide, but everything went smoothly.Breakfast was prepared before continue to Kawah Ijen. Day 3: Kawah Ijen Our driver was skillful despite the long journey from Bromo.Hadi Homestay was spacious with better facilities.At 12:30 AM, we started the hike.Our guide Iqbal,was very helpful.Toughest hike,but he brought us to see the blue fire and lake without pressuring.We followed our own pace and made it! Going down,I took the “Lamborghini” for 500k—worth every penny! Tips: Stretch and warm up before hiking!

It was a very enjoyable journey. Our driver, Hari, was kind enough to show us some great spots and took many photos for us!

পরিবহন বিকল্প: আমাদের ড্রাইভার দোসি খুব বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ ছিলেন এবং প্রতিটি স্থানে আমাদের স্থানান্তর খুব মসৃণ করে তুলেছিলেন। ভ্রমণসূচী: অনিয়মিত ঘুমের সময়ের জন্য প্রস্তুত থাকুন কারণ সূর্যোদয়ের জন্য গন্তব্যে যাওয়ার জন্য আমাদের রাত ১২টায় উঠতে হয়েছিল। তবে এটি সার্থক ছিল। ট্যুর গাইড: প্রতিটি আকর্ষণের নিজস্ব গাইড ছিল। আমাদের জলপ্রপাত গাইড এডি-কে বিশেষ ধন্যবাদ। আমরা না বললেও তিনি ক্রমাগত আমাদের ইনস্টাগ্রামযোগ্য ছবি এবং ভিডিও তুলতে সাহায্য করে অসাধারণ কাজ করেছেন। আকর্ষণের শেষে, তিনি এমনকি আমাদের জন্য একটি পোস্ট করার উপযোগী ভিডিও তৈরি করে দিয়েছেন এবং আমাদের ১০০টিরও বেশি ছবি ও ভিডিও পাঠিয়েছেন। আকর্ষণীয় স্থান: দুর্বল হৃদয়ের জন্য নয়। এখানে খাড়া চড়াই ছিল এবং আমরা যতটা আশা করেছিলাম তার চেয়ে বেশি দুঃসাহসিক ছিল। প্রয়োজনীয় ফিটনেস স্তর সম্পর্কে ধারণা পেতে অবশ্যই কিছু ইউটিউব ভ্লগ দেখুন। আবাসন বিকল্প: মানের তারতম্য ছিল। একটি ছিল অসাধারণ কারণ এটি একটি বিজনেস হোটেল ছিল। অন্য দুটির প্রকৃতির সুন্দর বাইরের দৃশ্য ছিল কিন্তু পোকাও ছিল (যা সম্ভবত এড়ানো যায় না কারণ এটি প্রকৃতির কাছাকাছি)।

Itinerary : Did the 3D2N Tour to Tumpak Sewu, Ijen and Mt Bromo. It did felt quite rush as we were up very early everyday. But overall, it was planned well and we did get to rest in the car between our stops. The team was also very flexible with the itinerary. As I travelled during the wildfire that was happening at Mt Bromo, the guide switched around our Mt Bromo hike to our last day instead in hopes that the wildfire would be extinguished by then. Unfortunately, we were still not able to climb Mt Bromo and the team were happy to refund us part of the trip. But we still went ahead and just climbed teh sunrise viewpoint instead. Guide: My guide, Laz was very approchable, helpful and understanding. I was travelling with my sister and mum, both who does not have much experience to hiking. But Laz was patient and adapted to our pace during the hikes. He made sure our trip was smooth and enjoyable throughout. Also a shout-out to the driver who was very patient and helpful as well.

We had a wonderful experience on this tour. Our driver, Dosi, picked us up from the airport and we had the same vehicle throughout the entire trip, which made everything very smooth and convenient. We requested 2 nights at Baobab and 2 nights at Airtotel, which worked out perfectly. The arrangement was especially suitable for seniors with mobility issues, as it minimised movement and hassle. Dosi also brought us around for food and attractions, and one highlight was being able to drive through the safari without needing to change vehicles. The itinerary was very flexible. We could sleep in, eat early, and adjust plans easily. Overall, it was a smooth, enjoyable, and relaxed trip. Strongly recommended!

one of the best tours we’ve ever had! our guide, friesko, was super friendly and knowledgeable. he made our experience a pleasant one. easy to talk and make jokes with. would definitely find him again if we ever visit bromo again! the sunrise view point was beautiful and cold, and the hike up to the crater was fun.

if you have one whole extra day in Surabaya, this is the best package. we went with 4 team member (including me) and the tour guide, Andrea pickup and drop us from our hotel. Andrea also very knowledgeable on history and local issue so its not just a visit but we also learn about Mount Bromo. I highly recommend this package... no wonder its a Klook choice
