Buen viaje a las Cataratas del Niágara, nuestro conductor y guía Andrew fue amable, divertido e informativo, condujo con seguridad y tampoco nos obligó a comprar recuerdos. Gracias por su excelente servicio. Lo recomendaría a los viajeros que visiten Toronto como uno de los viajes imprescindibles.

Everything was perfect. The car picked me up at the hotel and took me to the Grand Canyon. It waited for me until the agreed-upon departure time, and then took me to the airport. I had little time for this visit, and it made everything much easier by picking me up, dropping me off, handling my luggage, and waiting for me. The only thing I can mention as an area for improvement is that I had to reach out to get the agency's contact information, as there was only one day left and I still hadn't heard who would be picking me up. However, they provided a contact, and I quickly called and coordinated everything without a problem. This allowed me to see the bridge and the Grand Canyon even though I didn't have much time. Klook is highly recommended.

I'm giving this 5 stars. The location is very close to the Forest Park. Although the lobby isn't overly luxurious, they offer complimentary sodas, ice cream, and popsicles, which are a must-have after a strenuous day of hiking. The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and the decor was very relaxing. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast was standard; nothing surprising, but I believe it's quite substantial compared to other hotel breakfasts in this area. The staff were friendly and helpful. I compared prices on other websites, and Klook offered a better deal. In summary: you can confidently book this hotel.

Traveled to different countries and by far, this resort was the best one I ever booked and stayed at. The front desk lady/ whoever’s on duty were all so nice and accomodating. The room itself was the best part! It was bigger than we expected, and so much clean. I had a very good sleep for the 2 nights we were there. Will definitely recommend this to friends who’ll be visiting Zhangjiajie or if I’d ever come back.

Muy buen servicio y la ubicación es excelente, cerca de la entrada este del Parque Forestal Nacional de Zhangjiajie. Lo mejor es la lavandería de autoservicio gratuita.

A wonderful hotel! We arrived early and were immediately checked in without any extra charge. It's a convenient 10-minute walk to the cable car for "Heaven's Gate." There's also a pedestrian food street nearby. The staff is very attentive! 👍 Don't miss the 72 Towers and the Red Fox show, which are also close by!
