In order to perform the best environment and service to our guests, we have scheduled our annual maintenance from 2026/1/26 23:00 to 2026/1/27 06:00, During the period of maintenance, only the “Cold air Mode”on the air conditioner will not be available, remaining “Heater Mode and Fan Mode on air conditioner, Lightings, and appliances”will remain functionable. We are sorry for the inconvenience we may cause, and your understanding will be greatly appreciated.

1.Upon the request of the Office of the President of Taiwan, some of the rooms have windows designed unable to have a clear view towards the office located to the southeast, views toward other angles could be viewed normally. 

2.To support environmental policies, starting January 2025, the hotel will no longer provide disposable amenities in compliance with government regulations. In-room amenities will include only body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, slippers, and bottled water. Please bring your own personal toiletries for your stay.

3.Room cleaning will be provided once every two days during your stay.

Non-Cleaning Days

-            Housekeeping staff will not enter your room.

-            Fresh towels and amenities will be placed outside your room.

If you would like daily cleaning, please press the cleaning light button by your door before 1:00 PM.

-            If you need trash removal, please place your trash bin outside the door.

Cleaning Days

-            Please press the cleaning light button by your door before 5:00 PM.

-            Room cleaning will take approximately one hour and will be completed by 5:30 PM.

-            If the "Do not disturb" light is on, room cleaning will not be carried out.
