Simple, convenient, high CP value, worth visiting again. The included breakfast is also pretty good, and the front desk is very convenient, which makes people feel safe. Overall, it's very clean.

Room was spacious enough and clean! There’s also a 24/7 free snack bar at the lobby. Location is central as it’s near the kaohsiung main station!

Overall, it's wonderful, with excellent service. When we told them that a family member had allergies and would sneeze, they immediately arranged for an air purifier, which was super thoughtful. You can even watch TV while taking a bath, and there are many snacks, drinks, and beer. The breakfast is also great. If you're coming to Kaohsiung, this is the place to stay.

The staff service is friendly and courteous. The front desk staff are young, but very attentive. When we left, they thanked us softly and told us to be careful. It made us feel warm. The location is undeniably excellent, the subway station is just across the street, a 2-minute walk 😀

Convenient location, clean and comfortable. It's only a five-minute walk from the subway station. Generally quiet. It's a bit of a shame that only vegetarian options are available for breakfast.

Free breakfast is provided, and the environment is decent. It's conveniently located right across from the Kaohsiung Train Station.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, right in front of Kaohsiung Main Station, making it easy to catch a train or rent a Ubike. The hotel has a parking lot, although taking the car elevator down to the parking area made us a bit nervous. The lobby offers complimentary coffee, tea, cookies, and ice cream from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, which is fantastic. In the evening, you can relax in the lobby, enjoying ice cream and cookies. Plus, the stay included a voucher for sparkling water or craft beer. The breakfast selection was very plentiful, with plenty of seating, and every dish was delicious, tempting us to go back for round after round. The Hong Kong-style congee was especially tasty. I will definitely choose Kindness Hotel again next time I visit Kaohsiung!
