Hotels near Honcho Street (Mt Fuji View)

The location is extremely close to Kawaguchiko Station! The hotel owner communicates very well in English! You can drop off your luggage early in the morning and then go sightseeing! There's also a small bathhouse!

Feels like a local apartment. The bed is comfortable, the air is fresh, and there's a huge drugstore nearby that's open until 3 AM, so you can buy anything you need. It's not too far to walk to the train station, the location is good, and the price is reasonable.

I passed by this hotel during my last visit to Kawaguchiko and thought it looked impressive, especially because it has an onsen (hot spring). This time, I brought my family to stay and see. Since we chose a room facing Mount Fuji, the price wasn't cheap, but it does include access to the women's bath. The hotel service is good. We were told that yukatas (bathrobes) and slippers are not allowed in the lobby or restaurant, which we adhered to, but we saw many people ignoring the warning signs or simply not seeing them. The hotel has a shuttle bus that goes to quite a few locations, but be sure to check the schedule so you don't miss the last ride back.

The room condition and hotel facilities are very clean and nice. There is a bathhouse/sauna on the 7th floor, but it's not like the Yufuin hot springs, so you don't need to have too high expectations. It's great that there's a convenience store and a large supermarket both within a 5-minute walk. You can also walk to Fuji-Q Highland in 5 minutes.

Perfect!!! Even though I visited late, I was impressed by the staff's friendly service.
