We came unprepared without raincoats and it was raining almost 80% of the time during those days. Still, the experience and memories from this trip were wonderful. It was tiring, but truly unforgettable. The falls were beautiful, and the old streets felt alive. I had hoped to see Jiufen at night, but even in daylight some lanterns and lights were already on, so we still got to enjoy the charm of the place. Hopefully next time the weather will be clearer so we can explore more of the shops and souvenirs. Special thanks to our tour guide, Ms. Ruby, who made sure we saw the highlights, tried the local food, and even helped us whenever we felt confused especially with the language barrier. Overall, it was a wonderful trip.

Jeff works hard and made sure we accomplish all activities in a timely manner. This tour includes admission fees into Yehliu and a DIY pineapple cake making class which other tours don’t included. It was a long day but it was fun.

We had a great time at Taipingshan National Forest and Jioujhihze Hot Spring. Jerry 568 is very friendly and accommodating. He talked about interesting history about the park and Yilan county. Highly recommended tour!

We had an excellent Day 1 tour of Taipei on 16 March 2026 with Nicolas Ying from Klook ( YOLO). He was extremely knowledgeable, punctual, and very courteous throughout the day.
We started in the historic district with a visit to Longshan Temple and ended the tour at the iconic Taipei 101. Nicholas was attentive to our interests and dietary preferences and took us to a popular local eatery where we enjoyed a delicious dim sum lunch.
He is also an excellent photographer and took great photos for us from the best vantage points. He even recommended other local eateries for us to try during our stay.
A wonderful and memorable day — we highly recommend Nicholas to anyone visiting Taipei.

Though it was raining at first, we were still able to enjoy the tea tasting experience. The owner of the tea house/ host was quite an expert. He had his funny ways too. Our tour guide, David, was very knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend this tour!

Although the journey was long and bumpy, I really appreciate the tour guide, Qiang Qiang, for taking us hiking for two days and driving us back to Taipei for several hours! The hike wasn't too difficult, and this itinerary is very friendly for hiking beginners who like to explore nature. Although we didn't see the cherry blossoms in full bloom, the scenery along the way was worth remembering. Immersed in the mountains surrounding Smangus, a Tayal tribe village located deep in the mountains has its own culture and way of life, which is the purity and tranquility that cannot be seen in the city. The children of Xinguang Elementary School riding bicycles on the only small road left a deep impression on me. The grandma at Yaya Homestay kept urging us to eat well because it was cold in the mountains, as if she was treating her own grandchildren, and she actively offered more food. This human touch makes people feel warm. I would want to go back again, and it's worth recommending!

this was quite an enjoyable hike, managed to hike to 4 places in the 2 days. covered the Hehuan Main Peak, Dong Feng, Shimen Mountain, and little Qilai. even get to see the sunrise. my guide was Snowmen, who is very knowledgeable about the Mountains. we managed to see many floral in the Mountain including the shuijinglan and seven leaves one flower plant printed on the 1000 Taiwanese bill. the weather was perfect for hiking, the accommodation at the mingshu was fantastic, hot shower , TV, coffee, aircon and fan was provided and a short walk to 7-11.
the 2 meals included was also very nice with about 8 courses to share in the group. I enjoy the pace as you cab get to rest any time.

Since it was a 10:00 tour, I met the guide at around 9:55. One thing that was disappointing was that the guide only had a sign that said 'day tour' and I couldn't find anything related to Klook anywhere, so I stood in the same place with the guide for over 10 minutes but we didn't recognize each other. Anyway, after meeting the guide and the people who would be on the tour together, the guide started. It was my first time using a Doorson product, but the guide explained it very passionately and it was very helpful because he explained it well even beyond the schedule. My legs hurt a lot from standing and listening to the explanation for a long time, but I had a fun time.
